Review 1：The room was a bit small. Slightly old fashioned. Not great value for money.

Review 2：Very clean room. Nice staff. We reached the hotel by car. Was easy to find.

Review 3：Everything was ok. Staff members could speak better English (or we could speak better Italian ;-) - but we managed to communicate effectively. If you have bigger car, be patient with parking when it gets full.

Review 4：We spend there 8 nights and had a very good time, using this place to visit Val d'Orcia cities like Montepulciano, Pienza etc. The place was easy to find and it had few good restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely helpful (including help with AC adapter to charge our laptop). The room was comfortable and very clean (they change towels and clean the room every day). When there were problems with our air conditioning, they were ready to offer another room (we decided to stay, air conditioning was fixed the next morning). There was a small fridge in the room and they supplied it with a bottle of water every day. Breakfast were rich, italian style, with variety of choices and great coffee and no time limit! We felt like at home. Thank you!

Review 6：The absolute value for money and the neighborhood. The manager was very friendly and helpful. And of course their restaurant (not on site) is brilliant. The parking is also excellent.

Review 7：Wifi present in the whole hotel, however access point on corridor was giving nearly full wifi signal when next to it, byt when moved to room (4m from it, behind the door) signal was dropping to poor or not at all, which was quite annoying. I guess, it would be so much better if stronger APs around. Breakfast sometimes was short of antipasti or rolls after 9-ish. However, hotel claims that breakfast available with no time limit.

Review 8：Staff very friendly and helpful (checked on few occasions). Comfortable bed, quite nice shower room etc. Aircon not used by us, but available in each room. Flat screen TV was quite good with variety of different channels to choose from. Fairly good location (in the middle between old town and thermal waters). Good place for Tuscany's sightseeing base.

Review 11：A quiet location with a reasonable walk into the main town. Very welcoming staff with excellent room and breakfast. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant owned by the Hotel which was a 5 minute walk along the street.
