Review 13：There were 2 TVs, one equipped with a DVD player, that we could simply not get to work. But the staff sent someone to help out. It would be good to have a sheet giving basic instructions for what should be easy but was not.
Review 14：The staff were really helpful. Although there was usually nobody in sight, they made themselves available and helped with special requirements whenever needed. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed the mountain view from the kitchen window. Fortunately, it was well heated, which was important in the winter conditions!
