Review 1：They didnt inform us of the closeness to the railway lines...so you can hear all the trains close by. Also asked them for a pick upmfrom the train station which we had to call for when we arrived because they forgot. No wifi the last 2 days which was one reason we chose them.The pillows on the bed were horribly thin which made sleeping uncomfortable. The owners automatically assumed we couldnt understand or speak italian so their explanations were approach was off putting.
Review 2：The cleaning staff were excellent and kind and cleaned very well. The morning breakfast was wonderful along with the staff as well. The location was good for close proximity to a nice beach.

The staff in this family-run hotel is so warm and friendly, and they provide absolutely stellar service, always with a smile; the accommodations are modern and pristine, and maintained with obvious care and attention to detail; the rates are so reasonable that even a solo traveler can afford a fabulous room with private balcony; and with the beach right across the street and the town center just a 15-min. walk away, you can't beat the location. And did I mention—? If you let them know ahead of time, they'll send a member of the family to the train station to pick you up—on the house!

Review 16：1. The heating didn't work properly and the windows allowed air inside. It was really cold, I slept with my clothes on.2. It's far from the train station - 30-40 min walk. The taxi was 30 EUR (at night).
