Review 1：I don't say, I don't like it, the only missing about this hotel is don't have for people to relaxing in the evening and the restaurant menu would say little bit down, say need bit to up grade with food for lunch n diner.

Review 2：I like Santika hotel so comfertable, all the staff are very friendly and polite, breakfast was excellent.

Review 3：Hall way is dark and smelly, bathroom is also smelly Mosquito on 9 th floor. Quite noisy when people talk next door or in the hall way.

Review 7：We were given the room on L9 but the room has massive pillar next to the bed which takes so much space. We then relocated to L6. The room is comfortable however it is very, very noisy. You can hear the water running from neighbour next door (very loud). You can hear every door that being opened and closed. Our linen also had stain on it.

Review 9：I am very disappointed with the front staff (Postion:Manager) at this hotel. They have no service mind and I can see that he is not willing to help in any matter I have explain to him. I was booked a room with 2 single beds into special request but once I been there, they gave me 1 single bed and he was telling me that the room was full and no more room with 2 single beds. However, I was explain that i have made a booking few weeks ago and i have made the request earlier. if this options is useless, why allow me to request for such a special request ?!?!! When i asked him to give me extra bed to show up his responsible on this? An answer was "i need to pay for this extra bed not for free"... this will be my last visit to this hotel and here really showed the bad image of Indonesian servicing as before this i always believe and always proud of Indonesian servicing but not this time at this hotel

Review 10：-the cleanliness of bedcovers and towels can be improved, there were stains of coffee and ashes in them -the very slow reaction of morning staffs on incidents: my parents have to call the receptionist three times on 4 am and then to duty manager to have them send someone to check on a strange alarm noises coming from the room next to theirs. It took almost half an hour for them to get reaction and they were fearing something bad happened.

Review 12：Hate to wait just to get my room, from 6th floor and whoala, suddenly to 9th floor. n more surprised to see other guest who come after me get the room first. And no sports tv channel to watch live soccer game.

Review 15：Parking space is limited. Also, I got a room with a big column/pillar size around 0.75x1.5 meter between the bed and window that makes the room space much smaller. The price is a bit too high for the standard and quality of the property. And the hallway is sometimes noise because we can hear the other guests talking.

Review 26：Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Location is great for Bintaro CBD and other Bintaro south west Jakarta areas. Less than 1 hour from the airport using toll road. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice.

Review 27：The staff in the restaurant 'pushing' me to finish breakfast as fast as I can, although I still have 30 minutes before breakfast time is over. They warn me in the beginning and picking my plate when I just finish my meal and haven't swollen it! The security at the parking is a little bit crazy. He stop my car and push me to pick up my parking card that I just left in my room. It happen when I have check out, although I had show him my check out bill and my room number. He could contact the staff at the front desk and asking house keeping to pick it up. It is not necessary if they are smart and willing to help!

Review 37：First of all the staff are the best and friendliest staff in any hotel I've used in Jakarta or indeed anywhere else. They are VERY helpful and have a genuine smiles. The rooms are all excellent and great beds and pillows. Their breakfast buffet is to die for as it has wide variety of choices. there is 7-11 & ATM right across this hotel. This hotel is only 45 minutes driving from the Airport. I stayed there because i had to do my medical check up in Premier Bintaro Hospital which is only 1 Minutes driving from this hotel. I am impress with their everything! I will stay again in this hotel in the future.

Review 39：I like to stay in this hotel because people who working there is so nice and friendly. I been stay in this hotel with my little boy for 16 days and I feel like a home. The bed is very comfortable, the house keeping do great job to clean the room each day we stayed there, the foods is very good, the people who working in Kembang Sepatoe Restaurant is so kind and they give everyone a good service. I absolutely would like to go back to stay in this hotel.
