Review 1：Check in was easy and the owner was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to town and access to ferry. Could park right outside, just a bit tricky to spot the entrance to the property as set back at the end of a car park.

Review 2：Please buy silicone spatula for the new frying pan, otherwise it will get scratched :)

Review 3：Center of Cernobbio, walking distance to the lake, parking free, wifi free, kitchen, TV Sat , garden, air conditioning, a safe area and privacy, by the Swiss border, staff were friendly, and eager to provide help with things to do in the area.

Review 4：I didn't succeeded in finding any reasonable TV programme - major part only arabic and russian speaking. Because I speak Italian I didn't find any - italian advertising channels only. Instructions on how to use TV missing.

Review 7：Great flat, very spacious and quiet, with parking. Close to shops and restaurants, only 5 minutes walk from lake Como. We were late for checking in, so I rang in advance to give heads up and they were really kind, they left the key somewhere so I could use it then they came to see us. They gave us extra towels once they realised we had a 4 month old baby. Definitely using this pace again in the future.

Review 11：Excellent welcome and tour of the facilities with helpful hints of area facilities. Great off street parking - essential for the area! Close walking distance to lake and ferry terminal for Como and lake tours. Spacious, clean comfortable apartment in quiet location.

Review 19：Very basic considering it cost about £80 a night but I suppose that is due to the fact it was a 5 minute or so walk from the Lake shore. Not happy with state of chopping board- seriously needs replacing. Could do with more tea towels and washing liquid for washing machine to be provided.

Review 20：The owner was very helpful and friendly and the accommodation was good as we were really only sleeping there and eating breakfast. Enough space for the 3 of us and a good sized bathroom. Good to have a washing machine though we couldn't really work it out!

Review 21：This apartment is in an absolutely great location. Easy access to the shore and dock for catching a shuttle boat to other locations on the lake. Good access to nice restaurants as well. Very easy parking.

Review 22：The apartment is clean and well equipped to the little details such as iron, hair drier, adaptors for plugs, place to hang laundry, washing machine etc. The owners were very dog friendly and welcomed our rather large dog as an honoured guest :) We had a very nice stay. Wifi is strong and constant. 5min walk from ferry and restaurants.

Review 23：Very good location and near Villa Erba where we attended the cat show.The flats are well equipped, clean and nice. The owners where very friedly and helpful and they might drive You from and to the airport aswell a to "Foxtown" (fashion outlet-do not need to go Milan for shopping ) if You ask them. Best value for money. Hope to come back

Review 24：Located in a very quiet and beautiful place. Big free parking and 5 min drive to Como. A spacious apartment and fully equipped kitchen make it very comfortable place for a few days stay.

Friendly reception, well equiped room with kitchen, informative notice, quiet room, confortable and feel like a local resident since arrived. Owner of residence hotel are extremely nice and helpful, private shuttle service available on request. Excellente localisation au coeur de Cernobbio et a 15 min de voiture (taxi) de Como, avec un acces possible par transport public. Bonne reception a l'arrive et chambre bien equipe avec kichenette, au clame avec une bonne isolation. Le couple proprietaire est bien disponible a tout moment et propose de solution service voiture en cas du besoin par demande.

Review 29：Soon as we got into the room we stepped into a big pond of water on the floor (probably leaking from the kitchen sink). The room was so much tinier than it seemed on the pictures, it was cramped. Personnel hardly spoke English and wasn't even present on the day of arrival, but did make sure to stop by at a very inconvenienr time to insist we pay the room in advance 2 days later. Would not recommend.

Review 32：A central location close to the ferry terminal. Easy parking onsite. Property has lift access to all floors so no carrying of heavy cases up stairs. Marco was very welcoming and gave helpful advice re shopping and tourist attractions.

Review 41：It's nice and quiet and in a great location. There is free parking. It's an open plan apartment (with sepatate bathroom). As such we rearranged the beds/sofa couch so that the kids wouldn't fall out the beds. It's perfect for a family with young children. The owners were very nice too.

Review 62：We stayed from 5-8th june,2014 and the place was very comfortable for a family, with my conference venue villa erba road across.Mr Past makes sure you are very well taken care off and his helpful nature puts you at ease.The place is value for money and the appartment is very well equipped.People travelling from India must bring some ready to cook food to utilise the ameneties in apartments kitchen which has all the utensils .The residence has good food outlets nearby like tom n jerry's whose food i enjoyed(the staff was a bit stiffy though) and most establishment offer discount for cernnobio residence guests.Its just a 10min walk down to the lake front ,which has a good kids play area.take a boat ride to nearby places and njoy the beauty.

Review 63：Dishes were dirty. Place was very bare without any art or pix. Very dark with limited lighting. Owners were not present. We had to pay 5 € a day to use the A/C.

The location is great since it is right after the Swiss border and walking distance to the lake and eating places. The hotel has also good parking facility. The room was big with kitchen which makes it useful for long stay. Wi-Fi is very fast. Hence, it is good value for money.

Quiet location, very cosy bar just around the corner to have a breakfast. Location quickly reachable from Milano and nice start to travel around the Como lakeside. Great value for money.

Review 70：The location was very good for viewing Cernobbio and it was very close to the boats pier going to Como: in 8 minutes you were already in the city of Como. The place was immersed in a treed location and in a quite area of Cernobbio, in front of Villa Erba. The owners were very helpful and kind. The apartment was fitted with every confort you could want, including a washing machine in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again at the Cernobbio Residence.

Review 75：It's quite easy to find, but still our navigation system had some problems finding it. Around lake Como, certainly close to cernobbio, it's very hard to find a free beach at the lake.

Review 76：Perfect location. Close to Cernobbio harbour for catching the boat for any trip around the lake, close to Como. The accomodation was quite new. Good airco, good bed, good kitchen equipment. Very helpfull owner. We were there in the first 2 weeks of August, there were quite nice and interesting activities in the village.

Review 77：In my opinion it was a little bit small for me and my family since I wastraveling with 3 kids, it was like a studio apartment all of us in oneroom. We could use an iron for after washing the clothes.

Review 78：We've stayed for 3 nights, very friendly owners that let us check inat 13:00 although they open at 15:00. It was really comfortable, clean,great wifi access to all your devises, well equipped kitchen andbathroom ( washing machine in the bathroom), satellite. A 7 minutes walkto Lake Como, 3 minutes walk to some shopping stores, 5 minutes drive toBennet( it's a mall that has a super market in it). Last but notleast an 18 minutes drive to Foxtown factory store outlet inSwitzerland.
