Owner Dora is simply a beautiful person who is very helpful, sweet and kind. She is one of the loveliest lady apartment owner in Italy. Efficient check in and out. Services are excellent. Baveno is good location with access to many parts of the Lake as well as surrounding areas. Highly recommended for a great time in Lake Maggiore. We will definitely come back with friends. Best place to stay at Lake Maggiore.
Review 5：Dora the owner is wonderful, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment is new, spacious and modern, with three balconies and a garden. The view is beautiful. Very good for families traveling with children. Supermarket down the road. Location just outside Stresa but significantly less pricy. A great place to stay
Review 6：We stayed in the apartment for 8 days. It was one of our best vacations due to this amazing apartment. From the pictures we developed great expectations for the view before our arrival. In reality it was much more beautiful because in the pictures you can only see whats in front of you and in reality you see 180 degrees of beautiful view of lake Maggiore, the Borromean Gulf and Islands and the villages and mountains in the other side of the lake. The view is beautiful at all hours - I enjoyed very much the great sunshine at 6 in the morning, the beautiful view along the day, and the lights from the bay and islands at night. The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed. All of the facilities furniture linens and appliances are new, beautiful and great quality. Nothing is missing. There are supermarkets and bakery close to the apartment and we catered for our self many of our meals which we ate in great pleasure on the balcony facing the great view. Dora the land lord, who lives close to the apartment, is great!!! She is warm and attentive to all your needs, very helpful if you ask for her help or advise, and her recommendations for restaurants and trips were great. She definitely knows the fine line between being very warm and helpful to keeping the privacy of her guests. It was very difficult to leave this amazing place after 8 days. If you plan to stay there - do yourself a favor and plan to stay there as long as you can, other wise you will really regret having to leave after a short time. We hope to return to this apartment and will warmly recommend it to all of our family and friends.
Review 7：The modern apartment was just perfect and the huge balconies overlooking the lake and the mountains behind were great for breakfasts and sundowners! Quiet and peaceful yet just a comfortable walk down to Baveno promenade. Suited us perfectly.
Review 8：Nothing really. There is building work going on in front and behind the apartment on other buildings at the moment but we didn't notice any noise and it seemed very low key. The site in front of the apartments takes away a little from the view at the moment but it is still spectacular.
Review 9：Very comfortable, smart, modern, clean apartment, perfect for our family, including direct access to an outside garden and a good sized garage. Everything worked very well, the apartment was immaculately clean and the owner very welcoming and helpful. Nice bedrooms with great views of the lake. Easy access to a supermarket, the lake, boats etc. Good value too.
Review 10：The apartment is situated high in the hill (which allows fantastic view), but pretty far from the nearest beach, could be the problem for the summer holiday with small children.
Review 11：You are able to enjoy from your pillow a panoramic view of the lake, islands, mountains and sky! All these pictures are "online": sunrise shifted by sunset and oppositely. Fantastic! The host (Dora) is efficient and helpful, she advised us to visit Orta lake, we are obliged to her having the best day in Italy during our present travel!
Review 12：If you are traveling by train and you are not able to walk 1 km, you may find it inconvenient, it was fine for us and we are not particularly fit!
Review 13：The apartment has a stunning view of the lake. Everything in the apartment is luxurious, lovely linen and big towels. Very stylish decor, I love the quirky touch of colour which gave it personality! Dora picked us up from the train which was helpful. She is a lovely friendly lady and we enjoyed conversation with her. We traveled by train and its about 1km to the train station. We did the Maggiore express, we were able to buy ticket in Baveno, near the ferry and caught the train from Baveno. The next day we did the island hopping. It was great self catering, there is a supermarket on the main road and a little alimentari closer on a back street. It was handy having a laundry too.

Review 15：It's a very lovely place! Amazing view over the lake from the apartment. Spacious, new and quiet. 15 minutes walk to the centre. The landlord was very helpful.

Review 20：Perfect location, nice, quiet and relax. Ideal outdoor space for the kids to run around. All is fenced off and secure. Furniture is of excellent quality and brand new, appartment is very comfortable, Italian shower is amazing. Landlord is very kind and helpful should anything comes missing. Car is parked in a garage so you are not entering a sauna when going out for the day. Walking distance to the lake, very close to the Baveno market place (mondays). I highly recommend the place.
