Review 1：we're comin in peak season, had to wait for check in and check out, really crowded.

Review 2：This is the 2nd time for us stayed in Ara, we chose it because its location is very strategic. It has complete menu of breakfast. There's also awesome pool, kids would love to swim there.

Review 3：The staff say we broke the mug in the room n wanna charge extra money for that, actually we don't use it or even touch that mug.

Review 13：The employee' services in reservation area not too good. Most of them not asking quite polite and not giving smile. Its bad for hotel's service i think. And to waiting check in is so long, in another hotel when there's empty room although before check in time 2pm, we are allowed to check in that room first but in Ara Hotel can not. And the price is Unsuitable with Hotel's quality.

Review 15：Very noisy AC that was leaking onto the floor. No shampoo or soap in bathroom, seems like they just don't replace it. Holes in the bedlinen. The door to the balcony is locked by default and you have to call reception to open it. Not very flexible with check-out time although the hotel was almost empty.

Review 19：Service at the pool bar was not good. Sat there for 1 hour and no service to order coffee. Every day had to go into the restaurant to ask the staff to order coffee.

Review 42：When we checked out at 4 am to get to our flight they made us wait half an hour at the reception without telling us what was going on . Believe it or not ... my girlfriend had her period during that night and there was a little red stain on the bedsheet. The staff had the insolence to carry the bedsheet down to the reception showing us the stain in front of the whole personal and my embarrassed girl asking us to pay for it . They told us they " tried to clean bloodstains before , but they cant " . I grabbed the sheet asking for the toilets and cleaned the little stain within 10 seconds leaving it on the floor and leaving Indonesia with a bitter taste . This is absolutely unacceptable .

Review 44：1. The hotel entrance route was hidden from main road. At night it is quite danger when walking thru the road. There is group of 6-8 people are hangout at the roadside when I was walking with my sister after buy some stuffs at the convenient store. I just worry if there is something bad happened. 2. There is antz crawling at writing table 3. There is no writing material in room 4. The last night stay found the towel were smelly. (They have replace fresh one) Maybe the housekeeper or supervisor should check on the clean towels. 5. Do consider for guest late departure when we are getting our rooms around 5pm and stay for 3 nights. (I have mention and request upon check in with reception staff)

Review 49：The location was great. Situated just outside Jarkarta but close to the airport. In walking distance there is a big mall were you can wander around for hours, eat delicious food and even go to the cinema. We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Nice staff, very helpfull. Nice room with comfi bed and very clean. Yummy breakfast buffet. The pool is very big with large lounge seats.

Review 111：The playground pool, very recommended for family who has children. Near sumarecon mall serpong, just 10 minutes walk. The breakfast, at the first time I did underestimate and not expect much it's an only 3 stars hotel, but it's like nearly 4-5 star breakfast for me compared to other hotel.
