Review 1：Central heating was not working. It was really cold in the room until stuff brought some small heater.

Review 3：First night we stayed on the room 302 where was very cold (heater doesn't work properly)and water wasn't hot enough.On the second night we asking for another room,they change without problems,room 207 where everything was perfect:warm, nice and tidy.

Review 5：Unfortunate we staid during some very cold days and in our room the heating was not working, finally we received a heater so we manage to pass over this, also the water temperature in the shower was pretty low. Also during the breakfast it was cold and because of this not very pleasant with a small kid.

Review 8：Nice, clean and pleasant hotel. If you are visiting Szeged University, it (and the city center) is just a few minutes of walk from the hotel. Rooms are well equipped, bathroom facilities clean and modern. Breakfast is good, with enough choice to suit most people. WiFi is also good. Great value for money.

Review 9：The rooms are spacious, beds are huge and everything was clean to perfection. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the location is great as well. We enjoyed our stay so much, we stopped for another night on our way back from Budapest because it was too late to drive.

Review 15：This is a really nice new hotel. Bed is so comfortable, room was extremely clean, with a big enough LED telly, WiFi was very fast in my room 40Mbs I could watch anything online. Location of the hotel is just perfect. Just in the heart of Szeged. Hotel staffs were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good with a good selection of all you can eat breakfast buffet. Hotel has secured car park for an additional €7 charge per day what is not too bad. I was really pleased with this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Review 23：Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days during our stay and the other 3 days they have never made our beds. Breakfast could be better. The room had a door connection with other room so we could hear de family next door as they were inside our room, there was a chair and bedside table light missing there was a really nice but massive light right on top of our bed which is quite scary.

Review 28：New hotel, just few minutes walking and you are in center. During weekends you can leave car on street parking it is free, but if you want there is hotel garage. Good breakfast. Rooms at the top floor are nice, clean, wifi is good but they are smaller. Staff very kind and pro. Price -quality ratio is excellent.

Review 33：Cleaning after construction is not yet finished. you can see some traces in the rooms. Hope they will solve this little issue. Balcony very small and no chairs. At least one chair and a little table would do the magic there.

Staff tries to satisfy all your needs, very helpful. Asked for flexible checkin and checkout and they did everything to fullfil my wishes. I wish them good luck in starting the business !
