Review 1：We were in the room with whirlpool bath . Just as we run the tube all the rust from pipes was in our bath and the water colour was dark brawn. Our room was facing kitchen exhaust and I would say that for 165 EUR we paid for one night with dinner of very mediocre quality it was heavily overpriced

Review 6：If you are looking for an unfriendly, dirty, loud and cheap looking hotel, you have come to the right place.This is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in over the last 47 years and can only suggest to stay away. Breakfast is terrible and mainly empty. Staff not interested. For EUR 270 a night, I would expect quality and not a badly managed, ugly 2 star hotel.

Review 25：The first room we were given wasn’t ready for occupancy. There was no useable wi-fi in the hotel. The water in the spa was not warm. All pools were cold. The restaurant was not well tended, the tables were not cleaned after people left. Overall, compared to other hotels we visited in Italy, the hotel gave the impression of being poorly managed. The hotel appears to be way past its prime ... an out-of-date has-been not worth the money.

Review 27：Internet connection was extremely slow in the front area though I had to sumbmit some important assignment in the evening I stayed. The hotel should not indicate 'internet available by reception area ' unless it's available. I would not have stayed in that hotel if I knew about it.

Review 34：we stayed for a week and sheets were only changed once and they were dirty so I had to fetch maid to change again.The expelair in the bathroom didn't work, plug socket was loose above dressing table. No drawers anywhere just one large wardrobe. why didn't I complain? No one spoke English(apart from night porter who tried) and my Italian wasn't good enough. I presume they don't cater for the English a lot and that reflected in their attitude and lack of friendlyness.Finally on check out the bill was wrong and drinks were added to my room with no evidence such as a signed ticket which I have had with other Hotels.facilities really good but hotel only warrents 3 stars

Review 35：very nice reception and restaurant.spa facilities very good. breakfast was buffet style and staff very laid back. The night porter who checked us out at 6.00am was the friendliest person we had met and was easily the best member of staff there.

Review 36：Noise insulation not the best (gap beneath the door). One of the roomswas close to the elevators, and you could easily be waken from 7am bythe elevator beep and people walking around. Shower cabin (with massagecolumn) not very spacious.

Great spa facilities, rich breakfast, spacious rooms, breathtaking window views. a taste of local specialties and live music at the lounge bar were offered by the hotel. Marco at the front was most helpful. its our fifth time there, and we will definitely come back again.

Review 43：We were with a small child, they let us leave the room at 13.00, becausewe had booking for a massage in the spa at 11.00! Very friendly!Breakfast was full of sweets and not only. We had dinner at therestorant of the hotel, servis is very good, everything was in time,without waiting. At the same time you can listen live music in the bar.In this hotel you have everything, we didn't leave it all our stay!Even if the hotel was full, they found time for massage to everyone!
