Review 1：we had a bad experience when see the entity in the villa . then when ask for confirmation at reception, they said nothing. The location hard to find and far from main road.

Review 3：next to a road-noisy, hard to relax...wifi was off most of the time-couldn't plan any trips. Breakfast was bad, had to start going out. I wouldn't recommend this villa

Review 5：- The WiFi is soo bad, slow and disconnecting all the time. -the toilet finishing is bad, always wet after the shower and the bath chair is in a bad location and there is no water pipe to clean after you are done. -

Review 9：The staf were extremely friendly and polite. We where driven to saminyak and our friends villa when ever we wanted. Staff where always there to great us no matter what time it was. The room was beautiful. Breakfast daily was amazing especially as it was cooked in our room and the massage fantastic. Plenty of fresh clean water to drink also via our own private drink dispenser.

Review 10：Breakie was not very nice. The shower head needs to be cleaned. The aircon pipe in the roof was dripping near the shower, which was not a problem but just didn't look nice. The pool was to cold to use. All of the taxi drivers struggled to find the place.

Review 11：We stayed in 3B for 5 nights. The staff was excellent. Every day the driver would drive us to anywhere in Seminyak that we wanted. Breakie was delivered on time. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi was good.

Review 23：Our flight was on midnight,so we check out time was a bit longer,about 3pm.and wait at airport till the airplane too off,almost 1:00 in the morning......

Review 24：Cleaniness is a big issue. Please bare in mind that this is not acomplain but are areas in serious need of attention.Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Pebbles on shower floor and shower walls have all collected allgae. Pipe on roof drips onto toilet floor. Makes it slipperly and dangerous during the night. Bin next to toilet bowl could use a change. It has collected water for quite awhile so its moldy. There seems to be a problem with the flow of the bathtub in room 5b. It takes extremely long for the water to drain out. Living room needs to be clean thoroughly. On our last day, it was raining quite heavily. To avoid from getting any rain while sitted down on the couch, we moved it to the corner. And it was just absolutely disgusting to find old cigarette buds and chips, which is most likely left behind the previous guests. The kitchen stove, drawers and cabinet were full of ants. Well, why wouldn't they be? Seems that the plates, cutlery, etc were not washed and cleaned properly. Putting aside the cleaniness, secuirty is a major problem. Being that the in room safe was not big enough to put in all of our lappys and digital notebooks, we trusted the staff with our belongings. However we returned one evening to find our main villa door ajar. Thankfully nothing went missing but the staff could have been more careful. Anyone could have just went in and took away our belongings. Also prior to our arrival, we recieved an email reguaring our airport transfers. After replying with our fight details, I also did enquire about other matters. Would have been great if I received a reply. Baring in mind that I sent this 6 weeks prior to my arrival, there was sufficient time for that staff to reply me.

Review 25：The staff was very accomodating.To the reception, well done for the fanstastic hospitality! The lady reception , Martini, thank you for getting us our own driver within 45 minutes notice. And to the guy reception who helped us with pur lost phone, you should be given an honestly award. To the housekeeping staff, great job well done! We did have a few request that you clearly remembered after our first night, like more bath mat and clean towels daily.Thank you. To the in room dining staff, excellent job! Breakie was delivered on time as promised and lunch was fantastic! Overall, the team at Khayangan did an amazing job. Continue with the fantastic hospitality!

Review 26：Pool was quite cool compared to other two villas we stayed at due to per-pool-wall filtration system. Felt very closed in. Pool was dirty (weirdlycloudy) and water tasted acidic. Room service food was horrible and veryvery slow. Location was very far away from any good eating or shopping.Felt extremely isolated- trapped even. Taxi driver had very hard timefinding place.

Review 28：Overpriced and poorly managed. One of the bedrooms had cracked walls,was full of wet marks and mould on 3 walls. It had clear structuralissues. They didn't have credit card facilities so payment was a onehour round trip to their other villa. The pool was green with algaegrowing - I asked for the water to be changed and they did not. The foodwas terrible and took 2 hours to deliver. It was not 5 star food butfood they had asked someone to cook externally and brought in.

Review 29：If this place was properly managed, then it would have been a betterexperience. The layout was nice especially the pool but unfortunately itwas growing with green algae and they didnt change the water even when Iasked twice.

Review 31：The hotel staff were very accomodating, I booked the villa months beforeactual arrival, and the hotel personnel had already contacted me toprovide flight details for pickup. What excellent service.The villa's amenities were pretty ok, the beds were big and comfy, and the outdoor rain shower was so perfect. The pool was nice but it was a shame we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we wanted to, as the weather was bad with rain everyday. On the day we were to check out, the standard checkout time was 12noon, but our flight was only 9.30pm in the evening. I requested for late checkout, and the sales manager very kindly allowed us to check out at 5pm with no additional surcharge. This was a relief for all of us! We had a party of 6 which couldn't fit into the hotel car for airport transfer. The hotel staff promptly arranged for a taxi separately to get us to the airport together. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
