Review 1：very cold room(winter), badly functioning air condition, wet spot on the ceiling in the room, lots of noise from outside

Review 3：the room was very small and the shower and toilet were even smaller.the plumbing.was clogged. the double bed was actually two separate beds which was very annoying.the lobby had carpets not fixed to the floor and were sliding away when you got up which was dangerous because one could easily slip and fall.Small parking space.

Review 6：The location is excellent, just a few meters from the elevator to the beach, many places to eat in the area, the view of the sea is awesome. Breakfast was pretty good for an Israeli breakfast.

Review 7：The air conditioning was loud and I had to switch it off at night time. Although not the hotel's fault, the day I went to the beach, the sea was full of debris.

Review 10：We booked seven and a half months in advance the advertised room for disabled in order to secure this room. The room provided was an absolute disaster for a disabled person. The room was absolutely not for a disabled person and poor value if given to an able person. No reason given for this failure. After the first night we were transferred to a larger room but again without even the most basic provisions for a disabled person. We have overpaid on check-in because the receptionist "had no change" but on check-out the money was not offered, in short very poor value.

Review 32：I am physically challenged and needed a shower instead of a bath. The shower stall had a shower seat installed, but the stall itself was so small that you could barely sit down on the seat. Bathroom floor got all wet each time I took a shower. Parking lot on site very small.

Review 60：Hotels in Israel are always overpriced. This exemple offers a good value compared to other Hotels. Staff is friendly. Review 61：The hotel doesn't mention on the booking.com, that the windows of their rooms face the comstruction area, and every morning you can "enjoy" the sounds of saws, hammers and other noise.

Review 65：The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was recently renovated and was very comfortable but not luxurious. Breakfast was fine.

Review 66：Beautiful location, easy access to beach- plus it has parking! They have two properties - we stayed in the smaller one. Our room had a balcony with an oceanfront view. Excellent breakfast . We had a choice of two restaurants for breakfast.

Review 73：The doors in rooms. Very noisy through the doors. But we don't care so much about that. A lot of families in the hotel with small children and a lot of pensioners, so not a big problem. Wi-fi works not in every room - as i understood the problem might be even not in equipment but in shielding through the walls. So it's like some kind of lottery - 50 on 50. Works very good only in lobby.

Review 74：Everything. Especially the location of the hotel - really the best what might be possible from my point of view. Do not listen the guys who start to say crap about the hotel, about the staff, breakfast or something else - that is bullshit. May be they are concurrents or just princess. But one thing - take only the rooms which placed with view on the see. Otherwise you will not get this really magic view from the balcony. I think not every 5 start hotels have such a beautiful view. And for all of that you have to pay acceptable money. Very good beach, a lot of children's playground... so we are fully satisfied

Review 87：Residence Hotel in Netanya was a great hotel with awesome views out over the Mediterranean Sea and the Promenade. Parking is a HUGE problem in Netanya and Residence Hotel offers a tiny parking lot for free parking. However, you cannot get your car into the lot without checking in and receiving the access code for the gate to the lot. Thus one person must remain in the car on the street while the other goes in to register. The breakfast was excellent and the location so good for taking the promenade elevator down to the beach or walking to the many nearby restaurants. We splurged on this hotel and were SO glad we did!

Review 88：This is an excellent place to stay in Netanya. The staff is very friendly and always try to help you for making your stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the place, the marvelous view on the beach from the balcony, and the very rich breakfast proposed. We are looking forward to stay there again.
