Review 1：This hotel is very clean and charming. The staff were helpful and their breakfast coffee was delicious. Our room had a large balcony with a great view. The hotel also has a secure car park.

Review 3：What a wonderful hotel! Rooms were great (I had to change rooms as I decided to stay an extra night), so clean, neat and tidy with great little touches to feel like a cosy home away from home. Owner's were just lovely. Would definitely recommend!
Review 4：We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights , we were attending a wedding in villa d'Este. I loved the settings and decors, the owner is an amazing person and very helpful. Very good wifi connection in all the areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even though the parking was small, we managed to park every time.
Review 5：We had no warm water and TV didn't function, however they fixed the water problem when we told the next day (they forgot to put on the fuse) Parking is nothing for a SUV a lot of chaos there caused by cars standing around even when the place is full

Review 7：Really superb food, spotlessly clean, air conditioned rooms, delightful family who really looked after us. This was a wonderful find. I would have paid more. We booked this as an overnight stop but I would have liked to have stayed longer than 24 hours and will return.
Review 8：Not quite the same quality of relaxed friendliness as before. As if the owners were under pressure in some way. I was also told not to use the undercover parking that I used last time, a big negative when loading and unloading luggage in the rain.
Review 9：Nice room with terrace and air conditioning, as we requested when booking. Reception area, restaurant and bar have enjoyed a successful update in the last 2 years, much improved. An excellent lunch at a very low price, a fixed menu, but I would strongly recommend taking advantage. Hotel has a car park, (free), a huge benefit in this town.

Review 11：An amazing place and base for your trip around the Lake Como. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the garden and bar were lovely, it looked like living between fairies. The owner of the place is lovely and extremely helpful with whatever question and need you might have!

Review 25：Very good hotel. Closed on Sundays..Staff very friendly and helpful. Carparking for at least 6 cars. 5 Mins from the Lake and easy walk to theshops. Lots of frequent ferries to Como and around the Lake. Wouldrecommend this hotel for value and welcome, especially if the firstvisit to Lake Como.
Review 26：The receptionist/female owner was quite frankly unpleasant. We arrived at 1.00 pm after the time for checking in started and she was busy with lunch. We were ignored for 10 minutes and then there was a difficulty about parking the car she ended up actually grabbing my husband by the arm which he was not happy about. We would have eaten in the hotel but she was so hostile we decided not too. We had booked a triple room and we discovered in the evening that the third bed had not been made up. This was rectified very quickly and the male owner was very helpful. In the morning when ur daughter handed our key back the female owner would not even speak to her when she asked where she should put it. It is a pity because this hotel could be a nice place to stay.
Review 27：The hotel is a short walk from the lake and the dining room and reception area are very nicely decorated. We did not stay for breakfast because we wanted to leave early but it looked good quality. The restaurant was popular with locals and again looked good. The rooms and bathroom were very clean.

Review 31：Once you get in to the rooms the disappointment sets in as they were nothing like the downstairs areas ie main lobby etc. I asked for a double bed and got two singles which was annoying..otherwise pleasant enough.
