Review 4：Overall they are good. The staff was polite, friendly, helpful. The food was great with nice choices. Location just right for my meeting, it wasn't far and near to the mall.

Review 5：many things when first entry the room, room smells not good, we ask house keeping to spray. shower is not function properly when nite, no hot water during nite. in the morning, ok .normal. They are not ready to receive full guests. even during breakfast I asked many times to clean up, take long time. "ketupat sayur" is no longer fresh. overall not as my expectation.

Review 7：Bed was comfortable. Services and staff inhouse are very standard. Somehow the hotel was very busy at the weekend. Limited car park. Security services are friendly. The rest (receptionist, waiter) are less friendly. Either too busy or lazy.
