Review 1：The air conditioning did not work and the road was too noisy to have the window open.

Review 2：The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was generous. The hotel is very close to the railway station.

Review 3：My daughter and I were traveling by train so the location near the station was perfect. The hotel was also closely situated between the main beach and the park and shop/restaurant area. I had requested a double room with a lake view and was given a nice triple with a large terrace overlooking the lake. The room had tastefully updated fabric and older marble furniture, which I prefer to the new. The room was quiet, breakfast was good and the staff was great. Fabio in the breakfast room was an incredible host. I'd love to return to Arona and the Atlantic!

Review 4：Rooms were big but very tired in décor. Bed & pillows very uncomfortable and the bath towels were so thin and rough..

Review 5：The location was very good close to train station & right near the beautiful lake Maggorie. Breakfast was wonderful and we were happily greeted by Fabio. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the a/c was good. Bathroom clean. The parking pass was great to have! We enjoyed our stay - short but very nice.

Review 15：We needed fresh air and left windows open which made for noisy traffic. Later we "discovered" an automatic blind. We also tried to get the fan system on but it was covered and obviously unavailable. The staff should point out these things upon checking in.

Review 17：Dated hotel with tiny elevators and old decoration. Could not get a smile out of the people at the reception desk no matter how hard we tried. WiFi reception is ok but strict at military-standards - only web pages and facebook is allowed - no mobile apps work.

Review 18：Great location, next to the train station, opposite the info kiosk and the seafront. We liked the free upgrade to a sea view room with a balcony. The room was quite spacious too. The cleaning lady was very effective, having cleaned the room while we had breakfast. The guy at breakfast, Fabbio, was really nice and friendly.
