Review 1：THE STAFF NOT CHANGED THE BED SHEET. NOT TAKE THE GARBAGE. NO CUPBOARD IN THE ROOM.WE PAY MORE WITH LESS FACILITIES I THINK.

Review 3：Room was the smallest most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in. The shower/Toilet was nothing more than an outhouse. The breakfast was horrible. The room did not have a telephone, hangers, desk, pen/paper, closet, drawers, or space to walk. It was small! No room service, no restaurant, poor internet.

The room is clean, the receptionist is friendly, the breakfast is just fine. next to the hotel you will find 24hrs open mcdonalds. near to the hotel you will find alot of malls and place to eat. the hotel also locates near to the airport. overall.. nice hotel!

Review 17：the staff took quite long time to do the check in, and during the check out they chit chat with other in front of the guest, which is impolite. the linen when i arrived there is dirty a lot of spots on the pillow and the duvet sheet. they (usually the supervisor) should've double check the room cleanliness including the sheets before realising the room. one day during my stay they forgot to give our room 2 bottles of water.

MEP or some kind of mechanical vibration was so strong that I couldn't sleep on 8th floor. I don't know it is just that floor or whole building. If you are sensitive on noise/vibration from machine (AC, cooking fan, etc) you will have hard time to sleep.
