Review 1：The restaurant did very often run out of things and also the food variety didn't have many healthy and fresh options.

Review 2：I loved the pool and also the spacious and clean rooms and surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 15：Food was awful. Evening meal crispy duck was cold and undercooked. Breakfast was very limited choice and stone cold. 2 burgers ordered poolside arrived 20 minutes apart and made with small, stale inedible buns. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had cause for complaint but the restaurant has gone downhill badly( there is a restaurant opposite the hotel selling much better food at half the price.)

Review 27：Ground floor rooms have smell in drains in bathroom (so request a 1,2 or 3 floor appt, otherwise just keep your bathroom door closed. Not excessive and won't stink out the whole appt. The two bedroom doubles don't both have to and ensuite a, one room is always better than the other one/ two. If travelling with other couples, go for two single rooms I reckon.. Room service is expensive, but just across the road is a great restaurants that delivers

Review 28：Not to far from the busy Bali, but far enough away to escape. Scooter rental just down the road, convenience stores, laundrymat, beach and trusts-worthy money changers restaurants all within a couple of km. Have stayed in 4 different rooms now with kids, just my wife and now with friends. You won't be ripped off here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Good first time stay, none of the nasty surprises I've had at other places, but not a five star stay if that is what you are after. Good value for money,

Review 29：the beds was fine but had back aches in the morning. not enough pillows. no bedroom slippers. massage - requested the night before & checked again in the morning - but at 10.30 was told it was booked until 12.00...(massage was told by the pool, but there was no one there) - seems no communication between masseu and residence cos no booking info available) request for late check out at 2pm instead but turned down - room booked (but checked with booking.com there are 10 rooms available)...?????

Review 31：We arranged meeting for a wedding and invited people to have dinner at at top roof restaurant and the food took more than 2 hours. The waitresses keep appologized for the delayed till the food came one by one till pizza for my youngest came last. Dissapointed.

Review 66：The shower in the ensuite was too low to stand under, there was mould in both showers & the toilets didn't flush very well. There also wasn't any hot water in the main bathroom. It was a 3 bedroom self contained apartment but there was no cooking equipment in the kitchen & it was a bit inconvenient having to ask for everything. There was limited space to dry clothes as we were unable to hang them on balcony (due to religious reasons). It would be good to include an outdoor setting on the balcony (only 1 chair supplied for 6 people).

Review 67：The staff were very helpful & looked after us with a smile on their face at all times! The restaurant had great food with a wide variety to choose from & was well priced. The pool was really big & great for the kids. The lift was very convenient as the restaurant was on the rooftop.

Review 68：The shower handle is broken. The staff came to fix but it was still leaking making it very difficult to shower, especially with 4 people in room.

Review 69：The hotel is clean and quiet. It has a beautiful view. The staff were very courteous throughout our stay there. Although it is located around 5 mins from the main road but there are actually a lot of shops and eatery along the way.

Review 70：first,you need to upgrade the wifi connection because i lost signal when i was in the living room. second,i want you allowed smoker to smoke inside the room maybe with few condition like should swich off the aircond first before smoke or else. third,you should diserved some kitchen tools such as fried pan so we dont have to order it to the house keeping first.

It's kinda upseting when u back to ur room with beach bags onboth hands and two babies who were tired and the card key didn'twork. My husband went to the reception and asked for helped. Theychanged the card key with the new one, and still didn't work. We hadto go downstairs again to changed the card key, and Thank God it worked.And the towels.., not that it's not clean, it's just not white. It's time for them to renew their towels. The internet connection were poor. And u had to asked for new passwords to the reception every 24hrs. Very unpractical.

Review 83：It's a clean hotel. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.They have medium size rectangle pool. There's also a small jacuzzi beside the pool. Breakfast were owkay.

Review 84：Had to get taxi everywhere u went. Shuttle didn't carry many peopleand would quickly book out. Couldn't get near the pool due to kidsand not enough deck chairs. Tried to extend an extra night or 2 but theywanted to charge full-price even though hotel was only at 40% capacity-so I got a good deal in Sanur instead - silly !

Review 85：I liked the quietness, I went there to relax and I got that except onthe weekend when place was invaded by families-kids screaming in the popall day all weekend. The gym and sauna were gr8. The restaurant wasatmospheric and the food very nice. 99.5% of staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and tidy but ours had a musty smell coming from the bathrooms.The alcohol content in the mixed drinks was negligable.

Review 106：They have a WiFi system that gives you Wifi coupons that is valid for only 3 hours. Some of the coupons I tried were invalid, hence the hassle of going back to the front desk asking for new ones. Wish they would just use the normal system where they have one username and password for all, and unlimited usage. The room service is pretty slow. We kept calling the staff to replenish the sugar sachets, but they did not. Their breakfast was also rudimentary. And since the breakfast is at the rooftop terrace, when it rains, there is not enough space for the guests to be seated, and when the sun is shining, it gets really hot. I hope they will do something about this.
