Review 1：The room was hot and there was too much noise from the street. The wifi was on and off but always a weak signal. Parking was a problem. The bar and restaurant facilities are very basic.

Review 3：Hotel Giardino was exactly what I was looking for. Located right by the Lake, I was able to walk every where, the boat, train, shops, bars Not having to get into a car for a change was very important to me. Rooms were air conditioned and Windows tinted and air tight to keep the heat out. Bathroom had everything and was clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the feel of a Family run, non Corporate Hotel more authentic to the Location.

Review 12：The only problem was that in my room hot water wasn't hot enough. I took a bath without big problems, but at that time I would like to have it hotter. At the same time water in my colleague's room was quite hot, so I guess it was a problem of my room, but not the whole hotel.

Review 26：This hotel is convenient, close to train station, bus service from Malpensa Airport. Pretty shops and plenty of restaurants. More importantly, with a lake view room, it is a delight to wake in the morning to the sunshine on the water and at nights before going to bed seeing the flickering lights across the lake.
Review 27：The rooms are functional but extremely dated in their decor. For some reason, even though I was a solo traveller, the two single beds had been pushed together to make a double, which meant I had to get out of bed to switch off the reading light. Paper thin walls: you hear everything!

Review 31：If you are arriving by car, there is a huge problem to park, as the hotel is located in the zone, where you have to pay for the parking. The closest free parking lot is about 15 minutes walking. Our room was right above the entrance for supplies and garbage, so in the morning it was noisy.

Review 62：We ordered a room with Air conditioning. When we arrived I tried to turnit on but it didn’t work. I called the front desk asking for help. I wasinformed that the Air Conditioners in the hotel were turned off by thehotel staff. I was updated that it is because the weather was nice outso I do not need it and I should open a window if I was warm. The windowof my 1st floor room was facing an alley and just above the hotelrestaurant. During the day there were people working just outside ourroom (on the first floor) so we couldn't open the window and duringthe night the noise from the restaurant kept us up until early in themorning. No ac nor window plus the outdated carpets in the room made theroom feel suffocating.When I called the front desk asking for another room I was told that the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms even though it didn’t feel like it. In the morning I complained about the lack of air conditioning and the inability to open the window because of the restaurant noise(at night) and workers (by day) and asked to be compensated. The staff was very rude blaming me of costing them money by using up water, electricity, having to clean up the room after me and even for paying by Visa. I received a 10 Euro discount and vowed never to return. Travelers beware!

Review 64：On arrival at the hotel 3 male staff stood in reception while I brought our suitcases in ( my husband is not in good health so is unable to handle heavy suitcases ) and none offered to help . Their attitude was very unfriendly and remained that way during our three nights there . No advice was offered ; I had to ask for a map , any enquiries I made about local events or requests or information was responded to by the briefest and sometimes curt answers . The rooms were extremely tatty with stained carpet , old bedspread, holes and patches in the bathroom door . Several times when I needed to use the hotel computer in the lobby the internet connection was down .

Review 66：The hotel is in need of maintenance, the bathrooms in the rooms are not very nice. The toilet seat had holes in it and the bath was disgusting. The public toilets in the reception area were very dirty. If this hotel was given some TLC it would be an excellent hotel in a lovely area
