Review 1：Shower drain was blocked or did not work. After 2 requests to fix, the pretence at having fixed it before finally changing me to a different room only added to the irritation

Review 10：make surre you give plenty of time when going to the airport as trafic jam is likely on the way there. It took us 1hour 20 mins and we left at 6.45am so during the day will take longer.

Review 11：just accross a road from SMS mall the biggest shopping centre in Tangerang, but also can take a taxi for about Rp10,000 if you lazy to walk or going with a todler. The room is decent size for a 1 bedroom apartment and good security to the floors too.

Review 14：Location is so bad very far from all Jakarta attractions unless you travel for business as it located in industry area, not recommended for tourists but surely for any purpose of travel around that area, please change towels although its clean but look a bit old, and water heater will be a bonus if you add it to kitchenette, also hair conditioner may some luxury to the room

Review 15：Nice and clean rooms , like toilet robe, staff very helpful , regards to Farly who accompanied me to hospital when I got a bit sick, breakfast contains multiple choices, halal food, tv in main room and living area, there is very big and modern mall next to it, a golf car will take you free to it, spa and pool available, hospital and clinic just five minutes away.
