Review 1：Nothing! We have never been disapointed in any stay at this Hotel

Review 2：We've stayed at this Hotel a few times, so when we wanted to bring some friends on this trip, we requested our favorite room of our previous visits. They were happy to accommodate, and our friends loved the room as much as we have in past visits. We will stay in this hotel any time we are back in Italy.

Review 3：Room not well cleaned. Bathroom very tired with a damaged and stained bath that we chose not to use. Evening meal overpriced for below average food served by unwilling staff.

Review 19：70s room decor (cheap rooms) and fittings need replacing. Breakfast was awful, all processed and preserved and staff inattentive, if it wasn't free we would have skipped it.

Review 22：Ms.Teresa and her colleague at reception were delightful and extremely helpful; never hesitating to assist in any query with a warm smile.Big thank you for them. The restaurant's food for breakfast was vast and delicious, dinner a la carte was really good as well and the service was very nice all the time. Also the fact that I submitted an email in advance to the hotel requesting the possibility of having a room with a balcony/view and I was surprised I received such an immediate response and even more with a positive answer, when we arrived and we got to see that view in that balcony we were mesmerized. Very spacious room and bathroom, big pleasant shower.
