Review 1：The location was within walking distance of the pedestrian area of Benevento. The hotel staff was very accommodating - helping with our luggage and directions. Breakfast was very good.

Review 5：While this hotel was in the perfect location and the staff were lovely, it is unacceptable that with today's technology it was impossible to get a wifi signal in our room. We were making further bookings and had business to complete and had to do this in the reception area.

Review 9：The hotel is easy to get to via car and there is plenty of parking. It is centrally located to Benevento city centre. The hotel staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The room I had was fantastic - very comfortable, well appointed, and huge in size. The breakfast was great, and there was plenty to choose from.
Review 10：Great location overlooking the river yet within walking distance of the city centre & all the historic sites. Room with a balcony was very comfortable. Staff were amazing, full of helpful suggestions about a wide variety of things especially good local restaurants etc & always very courteous. Lovely veranda where an excellent breakfast was served. Easy walk to the station too.

Review 28：Benevento is slightly underrated in the guide books. The hotel is prominently placed on an elevated position near the river ( in fact, it was built over the site of the Roman baths) and looks a little shabby from the outside- especially as it's next to a car park which looks like a demolition site. Inside, however, the rooms are clean and pleasantly well furnished. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived early April and any dining facilities were not operational. It's a short walk to the centre of town and dining, however. We were impressed by Trajan's Arch. Breakfast was good with a nice view over the river
