Review 1：breakfast could have better selection, is modest compared to the overall quality of the hotel.

Review 2：Great Place! Kind Personnel. Good location: close to the center. Rooms are very modern.

Review 3：The cold room, the smells from the kitchen spreading in all the hallways, the fact that they asked me to pay before check-in and seeing the room, the limited choice at breakfast, the lack of minibar, the fact that they occupied the entire restaurant with a wedding, making their guest eat dinner in the reception area on improvised tables. The cheap tasteless decorations throughtout the entire venue, the lack of toiletries and absence of slippers.

Review 5：Very clean and cozy hotel located in the city center pf Szeged. I highly recommend this hotel when travelling with a small baby (we even received a small bath tub for the infant). Rich breakfast included.

Review 11：Perfect, easily accessible location, right in the city center. Guarded parking place can be reserved for a fee. The staff was kind and helpful, check-in and check-out was just breeze. The hotel has a modern and elegant feel. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was super comfy - we felt like we could sleep for ages. Bathroom was clean and the design of the shower cabin is one of the best that I've experienced. WIFI was fast without connection issues. We would definitely return, should we visit Szeged again.

Review 12：Perfect location, good comfortable beds, nice looking air-conditioned room, very clean, very pleasant and helpful English-speaking staff. Room was backyard oriented, therefore very quiet. Breakfast buffet. All in all perfect stay for us.

Review 13：We were given two single beds and requested a full size bed and were reassigned a new room with exactly what we wanted. When we found the closet door broken we were told they could fix it in the am and compensated us for the inconvenience with a late check- out.

Review 23：Truly a 4 star hotel, warm and welcoming staff, right in the center of the city. Would have liked the SPA to be a little bit bigger (pool-wise), but there weren't so many guests when we went, so it all worked out in the end.

Review 27：We enjoyed the cleanliness, the furniture- modern and simple, the bathroom- everything in good taste. The staff extremely polite and helpful and breakfast varied and delicious. The meals we had outside breakfast were exquisite and like nothing else we had tried before. Above all, though, we appreciated the peace and good night's sleep. This is definitely not a place for noisy, ill-mannered people.

Review 29：It is new and modern. Very spacious room and wetroom. Long and late breakfast time. So you did not need to get up really early.

Review 30：The spa had an empty whirlpool. There was also a huge group of Dutch high school kids (at least 30) running amok, drinking, schrieking and throwing stuff from the balcony- but the staff did their best to keep them in line.

Review 31：Location is great, parking secure, fast wifi everywhere, including outside tables. Air conditioned, unusually good staff. I was here longer than expected due to a vehicle repair and Judit, the woman at the desk, helped find a shop that would work on the car immediately.

Review 32：Hotel staff told me I can park in front of the hotel if it's a marked space without worry and so I did only to find out in the morning that I got a parking ticket! Also the room safe was not very intuitive to operate. This are to be honest just minor hiccups. Just watch out for the parking regulations better then me.

Review 53：Its incredible that 4 star hotel has a guy who pick up your luggage to the room and than get in the room without your permission. The receptionist explain everything what we needed to know and we didn't want anyone else to repeat all that staff again in our room! That was kind a annoying and awkward for us. Review 75：Surprisingly breakfast is veeeeery poor. We were on our way to Austria. We have been robbed in the middle of the day, center of Budapest. The same thing happened to other 6 French tourists at the same time in the same place. they took all our luggage from the trunk of the car, in a public parking place center of town. We have been left with only clothes on us and documets. And the police bareley answered our 112 call, after calling 18 times!!! They were not speaking ENGLISH at the police station! They came after 6 hours and they offered no support at all. they kept us 1 more hour there to pick fingerprints and to file a report. They tried to delay it as much as possible in order for us to give up the complaint. They said if we want to go to the police station with them, it will take 2-3 more hours to wait and then 1.5 hours at the police station. They also promissed that most probably they will announce us in 2 months that they could not catch the thieves. Criminality in Budapest is over 56%! We have been informed by the Embassy that such cases happen very often: like 4-5 times a week to all cars with foreign plates and the police does nothing. I also read on other sites that tourists have been robbed in Budapest even in their hotels by the hotel personnel. Our advice: Do not go to HUNGARY if you can avoid it.

Review 76：We recommend the place if you are passing through Hungary. Quite good place for sleeping over. They have a private underground parking in the middle of Szeged. Though they can improuve things, all in one, it is a good place. Surprisingly breakfast is veeeeery poor.

Review 78：We visited Szeged as we were travelling back from northern Europe. The city was a very nice surprise, so was Art hotel Szeged! The staff were very kind, the hotel was very stylish. The room was big and bright,nice view very comfortable bed. There was a tray with coffee and tea, kettle also. Bathrobes available. On the 3rd floor there was the spa centre, it looked clean and great,but we didn' t have time to use it, so i can't comment. The breakfast was very good, option to have it outside on the patio. Safe underground parking. Excellent location.

Review 79：No fridge in room. They advertise tea and coffee provided. The coffee is the undrinkable 3in1 far too sweet, and the tea is fruit tea. Luckily we had our own tea but Had to keep our milk in the wash basin filled with cold water.
