Review 1：I got a very bad bite the first night from some kind of spider or scorpion in our bed. It became very infected requiring a doctor & 2 kinds of antibiotics and a week in Italy with no wine. Hotel argued about doctor bill but eventually paid. This put a damper on our vacation!

Review 4：The staff were excellent. Very nice inclusions.....loved the marble bathroom. Very quiet . Close to the centre of the town. Staff organised a fabulous lunch at a farm/horse stud where we go urged ourselves on a 5 course lunch and it was amazing. Thank you!
Review 5：I found the staff on the front desk to be a little bit aloof. They weren't forthcoming with information unless you ask for it (wifi, parking, breakfast). There was a function of some sort either in the hotel or very close by which was quite loud but no mention was made of it by the staff. On leaving, despite the fact that there was a parking attendant as part of the hotel who was present on Saturday night, no one helped me manoeuvre my car out of the carpark on Sunday morning which would have been helpful.

Review 9：An excellent hotel. Well situated and a great place to just 'chill'. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. What a contrast to some of the dodgy service we got in Italy!

Review 13：I like my coffee in the morning and while it is not typical in Italy to have coffee setups in the room it would be nice. The shower stalls were small but functional and the hair dryer did not work. None of this is a deal killer but again, it would be nice.
Review 14：The hotel is well located in the center of town with easy access and parking. It is clean, quite and offered a reasonable breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful especially the ladies at the front desk. I will be returning to Benevento on business and will stay there again.
Review 15：the smallest shower I have ever seen . My husband and I are pretty fit and we had a problem getting in and out. I don't know what an elderly person or an overweight person would do with this situation.
