Review 1：The location is ok only if you plan to stay in BSD area. Otherwise it is too far from central Jakarta (and the traffic is crazy here).

Review 2：Very professional and helpful staff (especially concierges). Room is cleaned daily. Swimming pool is available throughout the day. Free bycicle rent and shuttle around BSD area. Nice breakfast with a focus on local food.

Review 21：We got the room as per our request, pool view. When we opened the curtain....voila, it's actually a room with pool access! Our kids were so happy, though the swimming pool water was so cold. The room was very clean and the staffs were very helpful. I almost lost my glasses near the pool but one of the staff found and kept it for me. Excellent!

Review 24：Everything, usually arrogant ignorance and negligent staff. This hotel also dishonest, they are selling the room that is not what their guest asked. They are advertising double or twin bed in the same rate, after I booked for the double bed, they give me the twin bed without further notice. When I complain about this, the woman in the reception keep arguing me without giving solution and even not hear about my complain. She keep talks! What a handling complain from the staff. They also forgot to return my ID after check in, and they told me don't want to bother remind me because it is too late. I checked in at 10 pm, and it's not too late or even sin when you sent a room boy to my room to return my ID! The bed are also as hard as wood. It is very uncomfortable.

Coffee stains on the floor were there for days until I cleaned it up. Review 37：Location is handy, next to Teras Kota. Gym is pretty decent for its size. Small pool but again decent. Food is fine including a good choice for breakfast. Rooms are just big enough for a couple with a baby.

Review 48：Due to the trip was business trip and needed inter wifi to send e-mail purpose but the hotel provide the poor signal and caused e-mail sent out always pending. Been told the IT Engineer to troubleshoot the issue but problem still persist. Very disappointed anyway.

So i waited at the lobby, the taxi came but nobody informed me until i saw it and asked them was the taxi for me. Bad TV Signal, and the bed is not comfort at all, but OK.
