Reviews for Olive Tree Hotel
Review 1:Bed was not comfortable, there was a balcony but it was not possible to sit there because it was not clean.
Review 2:free parking, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, free wifi at the lobby.
Review 3:i think even in Israel standards of cleaning are not high...
Review 4:nice place, 20 minutes walk to old city, safe place, very close to tram which can take you to Jaffa Gate, Gaffa street, and bus station
Review 5:Lobby disabled toilet seat left in its broken state over our remaining three days despite assurances that it would be 'seen to'. Broken bedroom chair swiftly replaced with new one, only to be replaced again with the original badly stapled 'repaired' chair which broke again when I sat on it. Took two days to replace it with a new one.
Review 6:Disabled room is spacious. Pleasure to return to a newly made room in the morning. Very pleased with the laundry room service.
Review 7:Finding the room almost requires a compass, finding the elevator to go down is like a maze. Wlan in room ought to be free of charge
Review 8:Fantastic breakfast buffet and free parking next to tram

Review 20:This hotel caters for groups and does not care about individual travellers. I had aproblem with a toilet and they came twice to unblock it. It did not flush properly. After a day they told me it is the hotel' s policy that one is not allowed to throw toiletpaper in the toilet. I would have liked to know that before I booked this hotel and paid $250 per night. We stayed another 3 nights with a tour group and the problem was never fixed.
