Review 1：The focus of Serenella is clearly on the restaurant, hotel comes in second place. Perfect for a one night stay. The beds are descent but very squeaky and therefore noisy. The rooms on the first floor are noisy, especially room 107 which resides above the kitchen and near the night exit. All doors of the rooms close very loud. This could be resolved easily. Little to no parking spaces during diner rush, but free public parking space available across the hotel. Breakfast is very basic. This could be easily extended by adding salami and some (scrambled) egg to make it more common.
Review 2：The room was descent, good bathroom, nice location from where to visit the area of Lage Maggoire. Although the hotel/restaurant is situated next to a busy road, it was not noisy. Feriolo is a nice village very good and descent priced restaurants, nice beaches. The hotel is part of a very popular, high quality and very pricey restaurant.

Review 16：Hotel restaurant is way too expensive (menu cca50EUR) same side dish for all foods, charges 3EUR/person as table fee (even when you are hotel guest). Breakfast is very poor. Owner shows little hospitality, is after his own interests not your comfort (we got called in the room on Sunday morning to pay up as he had to leave the hotel).

Review 18：The Serenella Hotel is a highly recommended, pleasant, small and family-run hotel with an attractive garden restaurant, 50 meters from the lake in Feriolo (Baveno). The place has a distinctive character of tradition and quality, a warm and homely atmosphere, pleasant, very clean rooms with aircon and TV, a good buffet breakfast; easy parking and a friendly owner. We have already been in Serenella twice and when visiting Lago Maggiore will of course stay there again.
Review 19：The Olmsted were very clean, airy and comfortable. They were quiet even though on a busy road. The dinner at night was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. During dinner one night a heavy storm hit. The hotel and water came in via the ceiling. The staf quickly. Moved the patrons and kept on serving. By morning, you would not know there had been a problem. Congratulations!
Review 20：Breakfast was not elaborate, Once we we were early and there was no bread, the waiter solved that problem with serving us stale bread. And once we were early and the breakfast bar appeared to be closed, therefore we started our return journey without having had breakfast.
