Review 1：The photos shown in the Internet are ridiculous, it seems that the hotel is located in front of the beach and has ocean view, but in fact the hotel is located in front of the main street and next to this there is a train track and you have no access to the beach unless you walk a few hundred metres to go under the train tunnel! Very noisy during the night due to the train, in front of the hotel are buildings that block the ocean view, very expensive hotel for that location, absolutely disappointing.
Review 2：The bed wasn`t the best bed of my life, but the view and the reception were worth it and made me completely forget my personal problem with the bed, since I also only stayed 1 night.
Review 3：I really liked the reception. The owner was very pleasant, polite and helpful. I had a few problems with my luggage, my train stopped on Lavagna Sation and I walked to the hotel and my kuggage broke on the way. The owner said that unfortunately he couldn`t provide any type of help at the moment, but at the moment we arrived he helped himself to take my luggage to the reception and provided me a bottle of water. Still, when I made the reservation, mine was one of the last available rooms and I asked if possible to stay on a room with a front sea view and my request was fully attended. Great localization, near the beach (paid and free spot). I`m advising everyone I know to stay at the hotel.

Review 22：The hotel was located near the main street and close to the beach. We had a free place for our car. The breakfast was good and various. The staff was very helpful with everything we asked for. They were always polite and friendly. We were pleased by the trips by boat offered by the hotel. The hotel offers trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre.

In addition, despite a language difficulties, the helpfulness of the staff was great.
Review 25：Old facility. Difficult parking, you need to leave your car key at the front desk. Old furniture and very spartan room. As in most Liguria, expect to hear trains and cars passing all night long.

The situation of hotel is on a very busy main road accompanied by the main train line which because the windows are not double glazed you hear every train . The bathrooms are dated, the shower screen was broken , the shower head is broken. The door out to the balcony didn't lock ! The fridge was at least 20 years old , the bed was 2 singles pushed together not a double. The breakfast was awful and consisted of the same cardboard croissants every day. Not a piece of fruit ever ! Dinner was in the restaurant next door but as it was only open between 7.30pm to 8.15 pm we never quite made it ! Awful place , stuck in a time warp , expensive for basically a hostel, very disappointed and will not be recommending this place in a million years.

Review 31：Room we booked turned out to be without AC. But we get moved to a smaller room with AC. No fridge in the room. Hotel does not have ice machine.
