Review 1：It was located just right near Teracota Mall so it was quite convenient to find places to eat, shop or do some errands. The breakfast was quite good with lots of menu items to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.

Review 2：The traditional meals served for breakfast were poorly presented, poorly cooked, and gave bad names to the original versions. Loud noise from the band at the outdoor stage lasted until very late.

Review 4：The receptionist & security could not give me the right info about a shuttle bus the was suppose the get me to my work venue. It took them like 30 minutes just to print out a few pages of documents and the colored page result was bad and they still charged me for it.

Review 5：The staff were very unprofessional, they gave me a hard time with mybooking and threatened to re-sell my room - all the while taking mycancellation fee even though I already confirmed my arrival time - if Idon't show up at 2 pm because they had a large group coming thatday while I booked 2 weeks in advance. The hotel was super noisy due tothe mall activities next to it (E.g live music till 1 am), facilitieswere subpar compare to the rate range (no hairdryer was pretty odd forthe price, they lend me one buat asked me to return it while I wasusing it). And I don't think they wash their pillow cases properly(or not at all?) Mine smelled like dried saliva but I was too tired tocomplain so I just tossed it on the floor and asked for different roomthe next day.

Review 7：- Bathroom floor is old and has stain. - Water is not flow smoothly from the shower. - No "Milo" in Restaurant - Hotel another guest should understand the queue in receptionist. - Hotel Receptionist Staff should prioritize the queue according to the present of guest, who is present first among the other. and should not serve the guest that break the queue.

Review 11：The front desk is too slow, not to mention when we were about to check in, they claimed the system was down. When we were about to check out, the front desk is still slow and as the previous front desk did not cross check with us if the card is debit or credit, thus it caused us trouble with bank who publish the card. They somehow did not anticipate that most of people watch Katy Perry's concert would stay in their hotel, thus the supply of food for breakfast was not sufficient and people started to complain about the availability of food for breakfast.

Plus, loud music from the mall beside the hotel, so noisy. They played until 2am in the morning, and it was weekday. So uncomfortable :(

Report this incident to hotel person in charge but no resolution until today although they promise to call for a further followup.
