Review 1：Everything's fantastic welcome, the good is wonderful.we only stay overnight en route to Halki, but always wish we could stay a few days. The owner Nikos us brilliant!!!

Review 2：Not best area on the island (as we found out later). The quality of food in the restaurant could be improved.

Review 3：Very friendly 2 floors building (much nicer than the awfull big hotels further) Close to a beach (although the orher side if the road) with little stones (water shoes necessary) with the advantage of hot water not crowded and with oliver trees for shadow. The swimingpools are very nice, always sunbeds available. Outside chess and orher games available. Safe . The food of the family restaurant is not so good. Better go to the downtiwn of the old village. The apartments are very clean. Noise of airplanes may disturb but sometimes in the day. Note: butterfly valley nearby has NO interest (crowded path in the forest to see only one type of butterfly).

Review 5：The great hospitality from Nikos and the family. Clean pool's. Very fine balcony, and because of the 90 degree angle always some sun or shade. The restaurant connected to the hotel was better than expected, very good food.

Review 6：You have to pay for air conditioning. The automatic lights that stay lit on the balconies until midnight are very bright and annoying. I wanted to leave the sliding doors and curtains open to get fresh, cool air, but with the lights on I had to close the curtains, which meant less air and more difficult to sleep.

Review 7：Close to airport. Good for families. Nice pool area. Owners are friendly and helpful. The father offered to drive me to the airport at 5 am, if necessary, in case the taxi he had reserved for me didn't show up. Very kind.

Review 12：The apartment was perfect. We had a lot of space, it was very clean and on top of all, we had a very nice view on the sea and the Turkish coast. We had a very warm welcome of Nicos and his family. He helped us getting tickets for Symi and printing our boarding pass, always willing to help his customers with a big smile.

Review 14：It was brilliant with kids: helpful staff, comfortable apartments, neat rooms, lovely environment, three pools for the kids and adults; shops, beach and car-rental nearby, close to airport. The manager (owner), Nikos, solves everything you need and is really generous. Gyerekekkel szuper: rendkívül kedves, segítőkész a személyzet, kényelmes és tiszta a szoba, gyönyörű a Nikos által teremtett környezet, a három medencét nagyon élvezték a gyerekek, közel van a bolt, strand és a kocsikölcsönző is. A reptér 5 km. Nikos, a tulaj, tényleg rendes, apróságokra legyint (eltörtek a gyerekek 3 poharat).

Review 15：The bathrooms are tiny, with no baths. The shower heads are not connected to the wall, so one has to hold the shower head while showering. I assume this is done to try control guests having shorter showers. The kids (3 teens) had some difficulty with this and thus their bathroom was "flooded" a few times.

Review 16：It is a quiet, comfortable family-run hotel. The entire atmosphere is very relaxing. Since it is a small hotel, we enjoyed not being surrounded by hundreds of other guests while using the hotel facilities. The hotel is very pretty and kept clean and immaculate with a stunning garden. Our kids (teenagers) had a fabulous time swimming and playing table-tennis and mini-golf. Nikos and Evangelina did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and cleaned on a daily basis.

Review 21：Lovely family run apartments, you are made, very welcome just like family. We were looked after so well and if you eat here you won't be disappointed or feel hungry. Great variety of Greek dishes and the Saturday night BBQ is not to be missed. Not to be missed place to stay, would definitely visit again.

Review 22：The owners were amazing and they maid sure own holiday were perfect. So nice. And all the facilities were free of charge when staying at the hotel. That meant that the kids could play mini golf, chess and table tennis all they wanted. The food was great and cheap. Would definitely come again and stay here.

Review 28：Loved the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Nicos, Evangelina and their son, Mike, were wonderful and generous hosts. The hotel also attracted friendly, laid back and unpretentious guests. The pool was spotlessly clean as were the rooms. Would definitely go back.

Review 32：Extremely helpful staff. Owner even lent us his cell phone as we did not bring an alarm clock and needed to catch an early flight. He also scheduled a taxi for the 5 am departure from hotel. Bus to go to Rhodes leaves from front door. Close to airport, but still very quiet. Nice, tidy rooms, lovely and clean pools. EXCELLENT lunch and dinner . No triple bed rooms were available, so owner gave us two queen bedrooms for same price.

Review 33：Bit noisy from planes landing/taking off. Worst thing is that although facilities were great (ping pong, chess etc), you had to pay extra in order to use them. WiFi was really poor.

Review 36：We only stayed here for one in late June because we needed to be near the airport. This comfortable little resort is about 10km from the airport. Nikos, his wife and sons are very welcoming and we felt like part of the family. The room was clean and comfortable with a small bathroom as well as a fridge and basic kitchen facilities. The pool was lovely, the restaurant has home cooked food and is worth trying their local specials. We had one of our best meals of 2 weeks in Greece here. Although we stayed here as a quick stopover, it was so lovely and relaxing that we wished we’d had more time here.

Review 37：The family that own the Filoxenia are lovely people who make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The food is fantastic and the hotel is a good size with plenty of sunbeds around the pools. Definitely recommended for families and couples. Will definitely return

Review 38：We liked the garden and many flowers around the hotel. Retro mechanisms and photos from times when the hotel place was a farm were very interesting. Our rooms were spacious, with all facilities you could need during your stay. Food in the restaurant was tasty and not overpriced. The hosts tried to anticipate all needs of the guests. Our stay for a week was a wonderful holiday.

Review 58：There are two sides to the island of Rhodos, and this hotel is on the windy side. Great for windsurfers, not so great for beachbummers. We rented a car and left for the other side. Some noise from the airport nearby.

Review 60：In June we had some mosquittos in the night, but this is not fault of the hotel. Jus we left window open with lights inside... Also from the room we can hear planes, but in the nights they dont fly, only in evening and day and this havent been big problem for us :).

Review 61：Appartments are really fantastic for this price. I think this hotel perfectly fits those, who will travel more. But still people also will have to do, as hotel pool is very clean and good. We took room with included breakfast and we need to say, that food is very deliciuos. Each saturday Nikos and Eva organize BBQ evening and you get a lot of good food for the best price. If we would come back to Rhodes, we would choose again Filoxenia - without any competition.

Review 77：The owners, Nikkos and Evangelina are amazing people. Filoxenia means hospitality in Greek and that is I exactly what you get, with warmth and caring added in. Our partment was cleaned daily and had all the facilities that we needed and expected to have. Nothing was too much trouble and the family atmosphere was enhanced by their two sons who worked alongside them. Bus tickets, timetables, recommendations of sites to see as well as a trustworthy car rental recommendation was all provided by Nikkos and Evangelina, and all this with a warm smile and the respect that a paying guest deserves.

Review 78：Small and lovely family owned hotel. They are the best hosts. Would make you feel a part of the family or at least a distance friend who came to visit. Food is always fresh as they make it per order on the spot. Special meals such as vegan and diabetic are available, and tasty! There are 2 big pools that are never crowded, not even in rush hour when hotel is in its full capacity. Rooms are basic but very clean, has everything a guest needs. Bus stop just outside the hotel. The overall atmosphere is divine. It's so relaxed, peaceful and quiet, with greek music in the background, and a cute dog napping while guests pet her.
