Review 1：This hotel has excellent security. The breakfast buffet was massive. Wifi outstanding. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was spacious with nice amenities and good hot water. The price was great.

Review 3：Room about the same size as ARA hotel while the price is a more expensive. Swimming pool is extremely small. They have another swimming pool in thr apartment but you havr to walk all the way to the other building complex. Overall, ARA is the better option for the price although ARA it's only rated 3 star

Review 5：The only issue I had was the keyless entry to room, unfortunately room 301 was not working. I think I had all of reception staff re- programme plastic cards to no avail. It got down to a room escort from reception everytime i wanted to access my room. No fault of staff, even though they were very apologetic. I will be back to stay in comfort again. very pleasant and accommodating stay. thank you Atria staff!!!

Review 6：Loved your staff from reception, house make up(mind you I have never seen male housemaids) restaurant staff, chefs( they asked me what I thought..... i have had years experience in hospitality!) I told them selection and quality of there preparation was excellent. If it was the last place on the planet to reside & eat I wish I am there at the Atria, so so good!

Review 16：I loked the Atria Hotel staff, all very friendly and helpful. I arrived on a Sunday evening, I needed to change some GBP, the doorman drove me to a money changer in the hotel minibus, and didn't even want a tip. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to a new mall with a big range of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The open air live music entertainment there was brilliant. The price was very competitive. I will stay there again if I ever get back to Jakarta.

Review 69：The lobby is small and narrow. The food selection could be improved - it does not feel like we are staying in 4 star hotel. Though there are shops nearby, there was no pedestrian bridge to cross to reach them. Its a bit inconvenient.
