Review 1：The hotel is too old. The price is too high for the quality of the room. Poor coffee from the automatic machine.

Review 7：The location of the hotel was terrible. There is literally nothing to do in Cavi. Nothing. Bad information regarding public transport.At the near hotel there is held a karaoke / concert night which is literally like the bloopers auditions on American Idol. Coudl not sleep until midnight, which it was horrible since the second day we had to drive for 13 hours home. We went home with our car infested by ants as the hotel parking is in a garden. The beaches near by are both free and with tax.

Review 12：The staff were excellent, and we had pick of rooms, we had the top floor which had a huge patio area with a great sea view, the bathroom was adequate but very clean. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of secure parking.

Review 39：About the hotel and staff I have no complaint. Yet again I find myself complaining about my fellow travellers. Why do some people have no consideration for others and try to keep the noise down to a reasonable level late at night and first thing in morning. WE ARE ALL ON HOLIDAY - NOT JUST YOU!

Review 44：Friendly staff, good location (near beach, railway/road) easy to go both North (Genova, Portifino) and South (Cinque Terre). Although the railway was only 3-400 m from the hotel, noise was never a problem. Good parking facilities, reasonable breakfast.

Review 45：We had some great experiences there with the locals and the staff was very accommodating in guiding us through maps to find our destination. It helped that the owner and staff was able to speak english enough to understand us Americans. Of course it was rather comical when my husband and I saw the sign that said lift and assumed that was what they meant we were supposed to put our luggage on talk about laughter as it started up the belt along side the hotel, lets just say that's not what they meant by lift in italy a lift is an elevator..
