Review 6：We had a room on the top floor with 3 windows. Aircon didn't work but that was ok as we left the windows open. Quiet and good location.good value for the 40 euro we paid.

Review 7：The hotel was well situated and we had a room with a balcony. The breakfast consisted mainly of sweet things, but on request we were able to obtain bread and were allowed to store milk in the fridge.

Review 8：Only light snacks for breakfast. Bread was forgotten there from the other day in a packed case, so left on the table completely unedible. You have to ask for each cup of tea/coffee.

Review 19：The situatiation of the hotel is perfect, close to the lake, good restorants and in the heard of the old town. The staff is very helpfull. They arrange me the transport to the airport and advice me about arrangement of the trip.

Review 21：The noisy, inconsiderate British family or families and brat who decided at about 11pm on Saturday night to hold a loud conversation for at least 20 minutes outside their rooms and in the main stairwell (well, probably British from the intonation and rythym of the din)! Despite the notices in four languages politely asking guests to consider other guests and keep the noise down at night! Sound insulation is typical of an older hotel; nothing that a pair of foam earplugs won't rectify. Sunday night was fine.

Review 28：I happened to stay there for 2 Days and was very happy as the serfvcewas friendly and cordial. The property is old but it has everything thatyou need. Very Close to the Lake Majiorre ( Lake Major). The OnlyDrawbacks are as under.1. There is no Taxi service to & from Arona Station - which is 15 mts. Walking distance - good if you do not carry Heavy Luggage. 2. There is no lift in the Hotel - so I had to climb 2 Floors. 3. Ample Breakfast 4. EXCELLENT AMBIENCE -VERY CLOSE TO THE CHURCH & LAKE The owner/ Management arranged pick up from Arona Station when I arrived and gave thema Call from the Train 15 minutes ahead of arrival.( Very Generorous). I will come and stay again -will request for a 1st floor room.I will come back . BEST VALUE for Money.Make sure you Take Trains from Garibaldi which has more Frequency than Milan Central - it is about 50 Minutes from Milan.

Review 29：The Hotel is Excellent Value for money - old Building with No lifts.There is no Taxi Service from Arona Station to & Fro - but theManagement was very generous to pick me up when I arrived late in theevening & stayewd 2 nights..If you have to travel to Milan City - Take train from Garibaldi as there are very infrequent Trains from Milan Central Station.- The Hotel has no lifts but is only 2 Floors High- Very Close to the Lake and the Centre -15 minutes walk to the Station I will come back - and strongly Recomment those who are on Budget ,. rooms are Clean & have attached Bath with Hot Water.
