Review 1：200m from kitesurf beach (just over the road). Smaller hotel, so less of the mass tourism feel about it compared to the big beach hotels. Very clean. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel just as their photos suggest (unlike many hotels). Recommend for kitesurfing trip in particular.

Review 2：Noisy. The hotel is just next to a fairly travelled road and in a close distance from a bigger hotel which I could hear the permanent rumbling of its air conditioning system set up on the roof. Add to that the airplanes taking off from the nearby airport and you have quite a permanent noise...

Review 3：Clean and good value for money. I choose that hotel mainly because it was one minute away from kitesurfing club I went to. The room was always properly cleaned. Also the hotel is a medium size / small so it was almost quiet (still, lot of family with kids...)

Review 4：This is a family run hotel with a very warm atmosphere. Staff was extremly helpful and friendly. Nice, modern rooms with balconies. Location is also good, it takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach; also there are some tavernas, cafes and supermarkets nearby, while at the same time the area is not too crowdy. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Theologos.
