Review 1：If you expect full equipped room, it is not a place for you. If you want a bed, cleanliness, feeling as at home and simplicity, it's a right place for you.

Review 3：The staff was excellent. They was really polite and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. If you want a nice place, close to the city centre and a good price book this accommodation.
Review 4：There is no visible label at the hotel door. Almost impossible to find it. You cannot know for sure if it is hotel Toscana or Centrum. They say they have free parking, in fact there is no such thing. Instead there is a paid public parking and after 8 am you can be seriously fined if you park in front of the hotel. Breakfast only after 8.00 is too late for business travelers!
Review 5：The staff is friendly and helpful. They tried to solve all my problems. The hotel is in the middle of the city. WiFi is OK.
Review 6：The rooms need reparation, and unfortunately, the walls are really thin. Unfortunately, this was a real problem the night we stayed there because 60 policemen were also staying at the hotel who then had to get up at at 4.30 in the morning. It's of course not the hotel's fault, but was really unpleasant.
Review 7：The staff was absolutely charming, and did its best to make up for the shortcomings of the facilities. They were very helpful in giving information about the city. The surroundings of the hotel is not great, but it's a nice 5 minutes walking distance from the center.
Review 8：We had to order breakfast, there was no buffet. It took over 30 minutes to serve five people with coffee and hot breakfast. Supposedly, a helper had to arrive, but they never showed up. However, the scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious and the buns fresh and very tasty. But the wait delayed our leave and plans.

Review 15：Staff only talked Hungarian, it was freezing inside the room. They did not clean anything for 3 days. Breakfast was bad(only eggs). A lot of noise during night. They claim that you can pay with Visa, but it's a lie. They do not have a parking. Wifi Internet only works in the lobby and it has a very low bandwidth. The beds are only good if you are 5 feet high or less. They refused to give me invoice.
Review 16：There is only one person in the hotel that speaks English, so it took us some time to get relevant information (for example, where to buy parking ticket). The hotel doesn't have parking, so we had to pay for the public one, but we managed to find a spot in front of the hotel.
Review 17：The location of the hotel is excellent, it took us 5 min walking to the main square. The room was clean and very warm.
Review 18：The orange decor. Whilst a hotel, it had more the feel of a hostel. Central heating system was turned off to save money - relied on reversing the air conditioning unit for warm air room heating, which is a dry heat and noisy (although effective) The breakfast choice (variations on an omlette)

Review 22：It is not clean at all. depressing atmosphere. very old furniture. staff is the worst thing as they are rude and does not speak English properly in addition they are not professional. The manager was very rude also and he did not speak a single word of English. Very expensive for what you get. It does not have the standards to be anything near a hotel, not even a hostel.

They know some words in german (some of them) and some english (other ones) but it's almost imposible to have a conversation with them.- the offer is a fake: we booked a junior suite and got a regular room; A/C was not included, they asked us to pay 8 euro for AC; there is not flat tv, but an old one; the breakfast is only a small omlette with some tea/instant coffee. There is not even free water at the breakfast! - They refused the card payment and asked only for cash - they refuse to give a payment receipt in any form, I was at the point to call the police (I specifically asked for a payment receipt and they rudely refused, stating they are not giving something like this!!) - so tax evasion. - Many other problem, spiders in the room, and so on... NEVER STAY THERE!!!

Review 34：Because of not so well organized personnel in hotel Toscana, we were placed in City Hotel. Our evaluation is for that hotel in which we had wonderful time. The personnel was great, there are whole floors for non-smokers so everything is very clean, and rooms are nicely furnished. City hotel is located in the center of Seged with nice view. Breakfast was rich and tasty too.
Review 35：Everything. Their offer was fake entirely. Using a credit card on this hotel is not possible. Free parking on public places is available only between 6PM and 8AM. Private parking is not possible at a location nearby. They are making tax evasion. They are only accepting cash money and they are not offering any invoice or receipt.

Review 38：We booked 2 rooms but they rented them so we got apartment with two rooms. You can not pay with credit card even though Booking says you can. It was nearly impossible to communicate since they do not know a word of English. No receipt or bill. Also it was a bit cold since the apartment we got was huge.

Review 40：Actually it's not a hotel, it's a guest house. They didn'tcheck conformation from booking.com, actually they are not speaking anylanguages. You have a feeling that you are un-welcome guest in someonesprivate house. Superstructure is run by mother and son who wish guestjust to sleep and run away. Beds are quite uncomfortable with allsyntetic sheets. Main entrance and stairs are closed and guest arepushed to climb on a wooden one. The only person who speaks some englishis a waiter. Don't drink tap water: it's smelly and yellow.Doors are closed at midnight and you have to call owner throughinternational call if you want to enter or exit. Wi-Fi is working onlyon a corridor. One night we had problem with heating.

Review 43：Perfect: Location! You're 2 minute walk from the center of the city.Effort: Hotel started working only couple of weeks before we were there, so the stuff inquired about our wishes, opinions, desires ... All of them were very polite and friendly and did everything we asked.
