Review 1：Beware, when we arrived we were given an inferior room that was not as pictured and described on booking.com. At first we had resistance from one receptionist but finally a second receptionist moved us to a lovely room and wanted to make sure we were happy. Make sure you get the room you booked.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more of a brunch with so many choices. The views from the resort were outstanding. The room we had was newly renovated and very nice.

Review 9：The location is perfect on the beach and a short ride into Mykonos town. The staff was eager to answer questions and advise fun things to do/places to visit. We were treated like royalty by everyone at the hotel including the restaurant staff. Our room was clean and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Loved it so much we changed our travel plans to stay three more nights at the end of our Greece trip.

So thnk u so much to : Katrina , Rossy, Maria, , Viska,Spirous and the rest of the guys.. We loved every moment that we stayed there and we will defiantly come back !

Review 12：Everything! Very welcoming and looking to please and be helpful. The beach was quite nice as well. Especially favorite part was that it is centrally located between all the major beaches that we were interested in going to ...almost no need to rent ATV, you could walk (under ten minutes in either direction you hit another glorious beach) to all the beaches from Petions along the cliff side coast which was an amazing in itself!

Review 14：Staff, Staff, Location, Location,Facilities. Helpful and very very friendly staff. The location was great, it had action on both sides of the hotel. If you wanted to head into town the bus was right there and ran every 20-30 min. The hotel itself was beautiful and right on the beach, awesome room. You had the option of the salt water pool they have which was great or the beach 10 feet away. Even made friends with guests who were great. Amazing staff again.

Review 15：Wow! Just getting round to leaving this review as reality of not beingon holidays has been harsh.. Stayed first week of August, Finished anincredible 4 week European holiday here for 6 nights and it was thehighlight of our trip (and we had a great trip)... The location, hotel,Staff (especially staff!..big shout out to Vasia, Maria, Spiros, Panos,Alex, Rossy, Maria, Tilda and Katerina and all the cleaning staff),food, beach, staff, drinks, restaurants, staff.. Was amazing.. Beyondour expectations and the best experience in Europe. Mykonos is beautifulthe hotel amzing location and the people the friendliest in Europe.Massive thanks to the all the crew there,.. They all made it special andwe will be back.. Stay here!!

Review 16：Perhaps balance the water in the pool better as it was so so salty it was blinding and just be carful with the wet stairs after mopping in the mornings as we had quite a serious slip walking down from the top apartments to reception - perhaps some sand in the paint or similar to provide more grip. Last thing that could make the stay more fabulous would be to perhaps offer a town shuttle service in the evenings - the bus is fine but I guess during peak season is very hectic and takes away from the premium experience

Review 17：Great location for bus into the town and the boats to the beaches. The front Desk staff Vasia and Maria are honestly the best hosts anywhere we have travelled in the world - Kind, honest, sincere, willing to assist any request efficiently - They were truly Unbelievable - and could show the rest of the world how to manage a boutique hotel. The restaurant staff were also amazing as were the cleaners. Really 12 of out 10

Review 22：The check in took almost one hour! (Way too long - even though we were offered Sparkling wine) Our friends ordered a room with sea view, but the room didn't have any windows! The junior suite did have three beds, but the single bed was of poor standard.

In particular Maria on reception, Spiros the porter/waiter and Katerina & Drosia in the breakfast room, they were all so friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back there again. Review 25：We have booked a sea view room, but we have got a room without view. Only few rooms in the hôtel have a sea view. They have changed our room next day after a booking.com reclamation... The pool is not very good. It is not a 4 stars hotel... For the same price, you can find better
