Review 1：Everything was lovely! The location just perfect with great view over the sea and in very peaceful area. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed to self-cater. Would definitely like to come back!

Review 5：Owner is very friendly, the house is located right at sea, in quiet part of Petrcane but close to restaurants and beer places, too. There are also places to go see outside of Petrcane, such as Nin, Zadar, etc...all very close and easy to get to.

Review 10：It was fantastic time in fantastic place, absolutely quiet and relax. Very nice placed villa with a pedestrian way in front of it, first row to the sea and amazing sea view - we can't wait anything better for our rest. Very nice furniture, well equipped kitchen (microwave oven would made it even better :)), very comfortable beds, easy parking - all was perfect. And of course hospitality of our hosts was super. We were very glad to meet so friendly, kind and helpful people. I'm not sure I'll be able to tell about all advantages of this hotel, it was simply super! Dear Simon, thank you for such a good service, kind attention and for barbecue of course :) I do believe we'll manage to come to your place once again.
Review 11：The owner of the hotel was so personable and friendly and immediately made us feel right at home. The location was incredible with the waterfront right outside of the hotel. We could not have been happier and definitely will be returning as soon as we can!

Review 18：This is the first time I am writing a review ever. I like everything about this place, First comes the hosts. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and the house is very comfortable. What else can we ask for a holiday!

Review 22：We had the detached sea view apartment and we felt like we were living in paradise surrounded with Fall foliage/flowers directly on the shore. There's heaven and one tiny step lower is this place. -of course the bright sunshine helped a lot.

Review 24：View, value for money, quietness. We booked a week and were pleasantly surprised to have the owner meet us at 1am for check in at the door. Undoubtedly, the customer service was as good as any five star in that the room was spacious and well equipped. They definitely went out of there way to serve us even when I needed some extra assistance before our flight from zadar . Will recommend to everyone.

Review 26：The property is on the seafront in a quiet location with no traffic, but just around the corner from harbour, restaurants and shops. Property is probably one of nicest in area and the owners were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Review 29：In addition to the cleaning of the equipment was perfect, there was a mosquito repellent as well. The room and the furniture quality is excellent, the location and the panoramic terrace of the bay was great. The hosts are kind, helpful and sympathetic people. Parking is easy and comfortable in front of the villa. The courtyard is available outside fireplace and grill. The beach is located directly over the gravel walk way in front of the house, and very charming. Provide excellent sunbathing opportunities available in the free sun loungers, the beach is rocky, the water is clean and fast widening. Everything is five minutes walk from the villa, shop, restaurant, yacht harbor, entertainment facilities, etc. The place in early September rather quiet, calm and great to relax.

Review 42：It is great location. 1st row to the see, small and quiet town, where you find beautiful views and chill. Villa itselfs is very clean and fully refurbished, you can use free of charge sunbeds, which are new as well. Amazing view from the terrace. I recommend it to everyone.

Review 45：The villa is not very new specially the window blinds could be renovated as they are wooden so there is pretty dark inside and some of them were broken.
