Review 1：It's hard to think of something we didn't like. The Wifi connection wasn't good but we actually enjoyed that too!

Review 5：Pool staff are not great, take very long to come to you to take your order and they don't come around regularly. Twice I had to get up to go to the bar myself to order and even then, they did not bring what I ordered. Because of the bad service, I decided not to eat any of my meals at the hotel and brought my own water.

Review 8：Super luxury hotel. Very nice design furniture and rooms. The staff is so friendly they make you feel like you are a guest in some close friend mansion instead of a client at a hotel. They care about your every needs, arranging a very nice transport from and to the airport, special meals that are not on the menu, car rentals. Definitely a must-go hotel if you are going to Mykonos. Exceptional goo service from Hara, Konstantinos, Virginia and all the waiters.

Review 9：Expect for one person, the staff were unfriendly and not at all welcoming. Level of service in the restaurant was fair, and it was almost as if the wait staff really did not listen to your request. They usually had to come back and ask you to repeat your request.

Review 11：The hotel is amazing. We got upgraded to a room with a private Jacuzzi that was absolutely wonderful. Its location is great, only a two minute walk from the nicest beach in Mykonus and two minutes from a bus to town. Above all the staff in unbelievable- anything you want or need they will do for you especially Konstatinos, Virginia and Hara. A true 5 star eexpreince!

Review 12：The staff always guided us to how & where to go. Secondly, the management was really good as they allowed us to use the property till the evening on the day of our check-out since we had a late evening ferry to catch.

Review 16：We had to wait a while for our transport to the resort while they found other guest arriving on other ferries. The room we were taken to wasn't what I booked so we were taken to another room with the a pool which was supposed to be private but was fenced off with timber across the top so we could swim under it and enter the other rooms section. The maid left the door open to the pool area which was very upsetting. We ordered room service for lunch and the dishes we not taken until the next day. I booked a private pool suite which was fairly pricry so I was very disappointed with what we got.

The hotel was clean, well decorated with modern paintings and the view of our room was great. I will be staying in this hotel again next time i go to mykonos.

Review 19：This is my second time in mykonos, I have stayed last time in mykonian villa collection and this time at the mykonian embassador, truthfully both hotels are wonderful, the villa collection has a more beautiful lobby and restaurant, and maybe the infinity pool is also special, but the rooms of the embassador are better than the villa collection and more comftable, the staff in the Embassador are more than friendly, from the bell man up to the manager, they are all wonderful and you will be surprised with this kind of service, the executive sweet is by itself an experience as it has a private jaccuzi and a big balcony where you can refresh and enjoy, the location of the embassador is perfect also. If I come back to Mykonos and has to choose, I will definitely choose to stay at the Mykonian Embassador again and again

Review 20：TV kept dropping out saying NO SIGNAL every 10 minutes, but we weren't in the room very much so it didn't affect us. And WiFi you had to keep entering your username and password every single time you connected, it was aggravating. Neither of these would prevent us from staying there again.

Review 21：Great views across the entire property. We were upgraded to a hot tub room with a private patio, it was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating and spoke English well. Pool was very nice, spacious and places with sun and shade (big terrace off to the side). Nice remodel throughout the hotel.

Review 24：I feel we must have booked the best resort hotel in Platis Yialos, so relaxing and beautifully presented, from our rooms to the pool area and exquisite foods from the poolside restaurant and daily breakfasts, not forgetting the amazing experience in the Thalasso spa... All staff were so welcoming and we were attended to our every need. Amazing!! Wish we had stayed longer.

Review 27：I cannot speak highly enough of the Myconian Ambassador and the staff. We have travelled extensively in Europe and this is our second time in Mykonos. By far, this hotel exceeds all expectations - especially in comparison across our travels. It is a luxury hotel but with a very personal touch and feeling because of the staff. This is an outstanding hotel both in terms of how well-appointed it is and in terms of guest service, staffing and professionalism.All aspects of the hotel itself were exemplary: pool, gym, restaurant, rooms and spa. We engaged in several spa treatments, enjoyed both the restaurant and poolside lounge/restaurant. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a vast array of choices and deliciously prepared - both hot and cold. The servers took individual orders for eggs.The beach was literally 2 minutes from the hotel down a small walkway with beach umbrellas and lounges dedicated for guests. The room was quite large with a beautiful view of the sea and windows that allowed for both the vista and sunlight. Modern, exceptionally clean and spacious. Beyond this - maid service attended twice daily to change towels,make up the beds and then later to turn them down.Staff were the friendliest, most gracious that we have met in our travels. We were consistently greeted with a smile and hello whether just in passing or while engaged. The Myconian attends to the finest detail to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable. We required ATVs which enabled a driver under 23 and one of the concierges called to locate an agency. My son suffered a considerable wound to his finger (hitting an artery) and we went to reception. Without hesitation, they directed their private driver to take us to the hospital while they contacted their doctor. We were met at the hospital and taken immediately with great care. I had left the room in such a hurry because of the injury I left behind my wallet.

Review 39：I would rate this hotel a ten out of ten. Our room was bright, clean and spacious; and had a wonderful view of the Sea. We loved the spa experience. Although located out of town it was only a ten minute ride and we made use of the local bus which runs regularly.

The business center was also very helpful. The facilities were overall gorgeous and super clean. Of the different hotel/spa resorts we stayed at between Mykonos and Santorini, this was our favorite spa. We loved the thalassotherapy and the massages. The continental breakfast was delicious with a good spread of fresh fruit, greek yogurt, greek pastries and even American-type breakfast options. The connected restaurant was absolutely delicious--we dined for lunch and the octopus, zuchinni fries, and seared bass with delicious. The burger is not your typical American burger; it had a mixture of herbs and was very aromatic. The restaurant overlooks the pool which also overlooks the sea. Close to the beach!

Review 66：Small inconvenience in that beach was a five minute walk on the opposite side of the road - also hotel is built on side of a hill, so if you have any physical limitations best to ask for a room on lowest level. Rooms at the top which are the best for view require taking two elevators and then a good walk and climb to the top.
