Reviews for Rinjani Beach Eco Resort
Review 1:In the middle of nowhere. The house is completely from bamboo, cute but very small and when you walk inside it seems it's going to fall a part...Very uncomfortable bed,we almost couldn't sleep...really bad matrass direct on the bamboo floor.very primitive open bathroom, with no warm water and no roof, so in case of rain you pee and get completely wet... Under our experience totally not worth the money they ask...we booked two days and we left after one night...
Review 2:Nice swimingpool infront of the see.quite. Decent restaurant.
Review 3:- Staff was very unfriendly - no nice welcoming, no help with our bags and not right informed about prices of the rental scooters- shock came in the room: NO HOT WATER! When we asked they said there was no hot water in the "backpacker room" although the room we booked was actually called double bungalow and it was nowhere mentioned that there wouldn't be hot water. When we complained the staff was also not very helpful and didn't try anything to deal with this problem. - food is quite pricey compared to other hotel restaurants and the quality was poor - the problem is you have no other option than eating there because the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere - the singing of the mosque started at 4am and went on for several hours, not even earplugs made this horrible, loud and disturbing "singing" go away so we ended up sleeping only 3-4 hours every night. - we did not get informed that they accept cash only so we had to pay huge fees from an ATM in order to pay our bill cash. Looking at previous reviews, they used to have a card machine earlier - the owner had cats which just jumped in our bed as soon as we opened the door and on our lap during dinner - my friend was allergic to cats and this is just an absolute no go!!
Review 4:Pool and Beach Area
Review 5:there's not much around the hotel accessible by foot - if you have your own transport then that's better. Food a little on the pricey side
Review 6:Really nice experience, loved the bamboo 'backpacker' style rooms and outdoor bathrooms Good food and breakfast Watching the sunset from the beach and falling asleep to the sound of geckos was lovely.
Review 7:Leaving
Review 8:5 minute taxi from Bangsal Harbour, 10 minute taxi from Teluk Kodek Harbour. The staff were so incredibly friendly. Owned by two amazing people- Johan and Amanda. Amanda is a diving instructor in Gili T, myself and my girlfriend wanted to do our diving course and Amanda and Johan arranged everything for us-and it was incredible! (The company on Gili T was Dream Divers). After doing the diving course we had 3 days of pure relaxation at Rinjani Resort. This was a great place to end our month long journey in Indonesia
Review 9:Check out is a bit too early at 10AM and its 2hrs from airport (Sunday traffic) not 1 1/2hrs.
Review 10:Beautiful gardens and pool by the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds and powerful shower. Super breakfast.
Review 11:The cars rental charge me more because this resort far away from the center of mataram city
Review 12:I do love some quiet place and it's perfect resort for me and it's close enough to bangsal harbour if your next destination is gili.this resort is so eco living with all bamboo room decoration (wall, floor, wardrobe, table, windows and doors) and no air-con at all. Far away to go out of the resort and difficult to find the resort especially at night with no clearly signage
Review 13:Rustic rooms, very friendly staff and great food. Resort offer paid transfers by boat to the Gilis too which was a bonus. Gili T roughly about 20 mins away.
Review 14:Not much entertainment for longer time - 3-5 days is a max for average people to stay, if you're really not looking to stay separated from civilization.
Review 15:Amazing staff, remote & relaxed, very small - only about 7 cabins, which we liked as it was very private. Very good food.
Review 16:- quite remote - no AC thus hot in room - noisy early in morning
Review 17:- relaxing during the day - snorkeling straight of the beach - fair, yet simple breakfast - all in bamboo - friendly, relaxed owner
Review 18:The Manager Joan was very keen to organize everything for us! (Motorcycle, Diving at Gili Tarawang, Taxi,....) The staff is so friendly!! Food is very good und the price is fair! All in all, it was an amazing stay and we try to come again!
Review 19:Sleep disturbed by early morning call to prayer - beware when we stayed card machine not working so several trips to ATM
Review 20:Beautiful place - just what we searched for - thatched bungalow on the beach :-) Excellent value
Review 21:No lamps for reading Bread/toast - time for Lombok to get with sourdough and grain types No money card facilities Sleep disrupted by all night long Mosque chanting (no big deal)
Review 22:Ambiance was simply beautiful - not over the top Delicious healthy food Remote romantic spot No hawkers Helpful staff
Review 23:Not a lot to do around the area. Average value for money
Review 24:Beautiful beachfront relaxation haven Very nice pool next to the beach Friendly and helpful staff If you want a place away from it all this is the perfect place
Review 25:Everything was perfect and value for money.
Review 26:Very friendly staff. Nice and isolated. great facilities, including snorkelling gear. Snorkelling along the reef was amazing. Saraf, the manager was an incredibly generous host.

Review 33:lovely beachside resort. great to sit back relax and unwind.
Review 34:Nothing!
Review 35:Quiet and beautiful, great breakfast, good affordable restaurant, clean, nice staff
Review 36:Too far from main town.
Review 37:Lovely setting by the beach.
Review 38:Great and private location on the beach. So much better in person than in the photos
Review 39:Property was loved and cared for , rooms clean , quiet area.
Review 40:Over priced, for a small property with so many villas squashed in. This 'resort' is not an "ECO" resort - it is a tiny back packers on a very small peice of land. They do not accept VISA even though it states they do.
Review 41:Loaction was perfect, nice & quiet out of the way of general tourism
Review 42:You'll hear the call for prayers early morning but that's part of the culture :)
Review 43:Small place, around 10 bungalows, small swimming pool, good value for money
Review 44:A bit far from Mataram and Senggigi, but very close to the Gilis, so this actually wasn't a problem.
Review 45:Private beach with a pool right on the beach... an amazing place to watch the sun set and enjoy some quiet time on the beach. The food was delicious, and the place was relaxing, clean, and wonderful overall. David was really helpful, too. Highly recommended.
Review 46:Not easy to find the place
Review 47:Attentive staff and very nice bungalow overlooking the beach. The swimming pool is also nice for a quick dip. It's great if you need a getaway from busyness in the city and just chill.
Review 48:People smoking in the restaurant.
Review 49:Great food. Good location and nice pool. Very friendly staff. Lovely garden. Helpful manager. Hotel cats and hens.
Review 50:Leaking toilets, okay beach, too expensive for what is offered.
Review 51:Very quiet, very green, beautiful setting, tasty food!
Review 52:small/short beds (backpacker cottage)
