Review 1：We got the room 201 on the second floor and it was a great. Everything was so clean and the host was very polite. Internet works good and the apartment is so near to the centar. All recommendation.

Review 2：No soap or anything for bath. Bed is not that comfy, but maybe I am to demanding.

Review 4：It was very cold night and we asked one woman who worked at the reception for blanket. Her answer was incredible: " I can't give you blanket because I just work at the reception". (???). So? She said: "I speak only Hungarian".

Review 6：Lowest rooms are little dark and have window directly on the legs of pedestrians, so you cannot really enjoy the view there.

Review 7：I loved the location in city centre and they had fabulous cat who know how to open the door from garden to get inside. Their garden is lush and neat with lovely trees and ivy. Rooms are very clean and had good service, some had small kitchen where you can cook some easy lunch. They have few dishes too. I felt very cozy at the reception desk - it was much like an entering to a living room in somebody's home. Staff speak decent English and has free map of Szeged if you ask.

Review 8：City tax was not included in initial payment, had no cash with me, they did not accept card, but accepted Euro. Parking was far from property. No elevator.

Review 10：The land lady acted unacceptedly in multiple times. Explicit words in front of a 5 years old, no customer friendliness at all, etc. And this happened without us being directly involved... We don't get back there anymore even if the place itself would worth a retry...

Review 11：The main woman working there was incredibly rude, the guy was slightly better but not exactly good at customer care, seemed like we were doing him a favour by staying there. Also, the shower door didn't close properly which often flooded the bathroom.

Review 19：There is no kitchen stove, microwave only. The good point is that apartments smell fresh, and you don't get that with cooking.

Review 27：Hydro massage shower has only the topmost (rain) shower working, so be prepared to mix your water while getting splashed with cold water first. The hair dryer doesn't work. Bathtub shower works, but needs fixing, since it leaks.

Review 28：The place is close to town centre, easy to find, in a fairly busy street, yet it's not noisy. Nice garden, spacey rooms, very clean, with friendly staff and pet dog :) The garage parking is spacious and secure. It is a charming place with some flaws that need fixing. Great value for money, considering other similar options in Szeged.

Review 29：The lady from the reception didn't speak english at all and it was really difficult to communicate with her. we had to pay 15 euro extra because out child was 3 years old even if we said that he will sleep with us in the same bed. the breakfast was ok, but didn't justify the price. The hair dryer was broken and we had to ask for another one.... the tv has only programs in hungarian.

Review 74：They are VERY uncooperative about check in-out time, and MOST of all they make no compromise about refund or changing the dates. For example, my wife and I were to go with another couple and booked 2 rooms, other couple couldnt come( medical reasons) but hotel wouldnt even take in consideration to move the date for their stay so that they could use their booking ( money) some other time.

Review 92：Unfortunately the tiny details like poor lighting and mosquitos in the room, doubtful towels, lack of free parking place and lack of well-intention making possible to buy parking tickets at the front desk and not having to go hundreds of meters to buy them from some grocery store, and what is the worst, the rude behavior of the personnel eclipse all the positive aspects this place could have. Concerning the staff, and particularly a lady, which might be the owner, I must say this place has huge problems. I’m not a great globetrotter, but I've traveled to several places in my life, from Istanbul to Hamburg and from Hamburg to Ulcinj which is more like Albania than Montenegro, but I've never and nowhere met such a rude attitude which characterizes this person. After they lifted the money from my card without asking me if I want to pay with cash or not, and I got the receipt already issued by the terminal before our arrival, we asked for some explanation why is the price lifted from my card bigger than the one in the moment of booking. And then she started a incoherent and aggressive speech in a very rough manner, I've never been treated this way by someone who makes her/his living from my money, she insulted my intelligence several times referring to a different exchange rate from which I was looking to on my phone and so on, and finally when she ran out of her trumped arguments, began to blame Booking.com for exploiting them. After all she admitted the overcharging and gave us back the difference in cash. Which was not a huge amount of money, but the attitude, the fact that this was not for the first time according to other reviews if you search the internet carefully, as i did after I got home, make this whole situation very serious, even Booking.com should reconsider working with them in the future. My advice is to avoid this place, they are the worst ambassadors of Hungary which I have seen till now.

There was no English speaking channel on television. ------------------------------------ Azt mondták délután 2 órakor elfoglalhatjuk a szobát, de kiderült az előző vendég délután 4-ig nem megy el. A webfotóktól eltérően nem volt kanapé a szobában. Megígérték nekünk, hogy kertre néző szobát kapunk, ehelyett szobánk utcára nézett tetőablakokkal. Csak két kis törölközőt adtak, s nem lett kicserélve négy napig, nem kaptunk fürdő törölközőt. Nem volt angol nyelvű csatorna a televízióban.
