Review 1：Very poor breakfast, same food every day (bread, butter, a boilled egg and a little bit of synthetic marmelade) do not take it into consideration when you pay the price, the host is not always very nice when you ask questions, the tv has only 2 greek channels... The wi fi signal is sometimes poor...
Review 2：Hotel was advertised as with kitchen, our appartment did not have any. Location was wrong on the map, not close to the beach as shown on Booking site, but in a narrow village street, noisy in the morning due to frequent passes of the garbage truck. Parking space was scarse and difficult to park if you have an SUV. Cleaning of the appartment was not regular.

Review 5：Excellent location, 50 meters from the sea. Not many establishments look like a "hotel" in Ouranoupoli, there are just basic summer homes. This one has the feeling of a budget hotel, with big rooms, air conditioning (which actually works great), small balconies with a table and chairs, a garden patio for breakfast, an extremely polite hostess (Nellie is a person to love and she will go beyong her job to help you out, give you extra info, offer you coffee etc). The hotel is in the middle of everything. 50 meters from the one sea front, 100 meters from the bus stop and 150 meters from the other sea front (Ouranoupolis harbor). Plenty of shops, restaurants and convenience stores around. We read reviews from other visitors before booking but I assure you the value for money ratio is out of this earth. You can not get a room for that price in Halkidiki. I wish it was open in winter as well, since i will visit mount Athos in winter and I would love to stay there again. I have travelled all around the world and I appreciate consistent hot water in a hotel shower when I can find it. Really nice to have a hot shower after swimming, especially for the price. Breakfast could be better but as I understood this is a "work in progress". We would stay even without the breakfast though. Ouranoupolis is indented for family vacations and pilgrims going to mount Athos. We suggest you go to Hellinikon expecting a basic, budget hotel and you will feel like home. Definetely the place for people 18-45 on a budget. Make sure you ask Nellie about her paintings. Even if she is not comfy with that, you will not regret it :)

Review 8：Location written on the map is wrong, in reality, was not near the sea, lies approximately 3km, on the outskirts Ouranoupoli far inland. The hotel is old, seems uninhabited, spiders, broken windows, uncomfortable beds, no parking, unsafe electrical wiring, no signal cable tv, breakfast poorly, shattering noise from the street, the hotel is actually empty.
