Review 1：Genuinely, just a lack of pillows, i like a few pillows and all our rooms were full with children so i could'nt even take theirs.
Review 2：Very accessible, spacious, great comfort with young children, affordable, clean and staff always willing to help. Great location as its so easy to access the city and to go to tramore(the purpose of our stay). What more does anyone need.

Review 19：I dont like the fact that all the doors of the apartment closed out fully but being doors for fire reasons this could not be helped..it left the apartment dark and a musty smell when you entered was a bit off putting.

Review 23：Upon our arrival the reception was closed due to the member of staff having to deal with the Garda who were in the middle of arresting presumably a student. Apartment was reasonably clean but very tired and tatty. Sofa was ripped & covered with a blanket. Legs on chairs were wobbly. Hair in plug holes. Ok for 1 night but won't be returning and def would not recommend

Review 25：I was in Waterford for the night, with 2 friends. We just needed a base to stay for the night that was close to the centre. Very comfortable beds, spacious, bright clean apartment and rooms. Didn't use many of the utensils but kitchen seemed to be fairly well kitted out. Brilliant value for money. Very nice and accommodating staff. Would highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.
Review 26：Our biggest complaint is that the apartments are just too far from town - we didn't have a car and it is quite a hike to get to bus and train stations.We had blocked drains in one shower and a basin. It would also be great to have a small bottle of dish wash liquid in the kitchen to not have to buy a huge bottle for a few days. Maybe offer small bottles for sale at reception? We had to ask for a frying pan but that could have been an oversight.

Review 28：Floor wasn't clean. No soap in the bathroom. No hangers in the wardrobe or hooks on the back of the doors to hang your clothes. No television and the wifi wasn't working either.
Review 29：We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. When we found out that we have 2 apartments in which a total of 5 rooms, we agreed that we will use only 1 apartment with 3 rooms. When we tried to arrange a refund for an unused apartment they used a poor excuse that this is impossible because this does not allow by Booking.com.
Review 30：Room was smelly, could have been aired better. No outlet in the room for a television. I understand it was self catering but there wasn't even a fridge in the apartment, it would have been a big help with small children. You basically get a bed and shower, that's it!
Review 31：Unfortunately the shower was a disappointment the water ran freezing cold after one 5min shower which wasn't ideal when we returned from the beach. There was no towels provided somethin to consider wen booking. The noise from people comin late at night from nite clubs was annoying. But it's student accomadation so you have to expect that.
Review 32：I liked the location very close to tramore without havin to stay in tramore. There was lidl and Supervalu close by and it was a short drive to the city centre. It was good value for a family if 5. We each had our room with ensuite bathroom. Also party world was close . It was a maybe 10min drive to tramore. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming . The appartment was nice and cool. All in all it was good value for money at 150e for a family. I wud recommend it for families becoz of the price.

Review 91：Unfortunatelly, all too many things did not work as they should. To mention some of them: (1) Toilet water tank didn't function well and we had to fill it manually. (2) the towel holder fell out of the wall when I tried to get the balance on it (and I weight very average 75 kg); (3) due to the absence of the instructions, the mechanism of the water heater took us half an hour to decipher before we were able to start it; (4) due to the absence of the instructions, we lost two tokens for the drying machine (they were replaced the next morning by the friendly staff - absent in the evening when we tried to dry the clothes for the first time - however this only resolved the problem partially since that prolonged our stay in Waterford for 2 hours and this delay meant we were caught by rain when cycling further which we'd have avoided had we started a couple of hours earlier). If the staff is reading this, they may think that we are simply too unfortunate and/or clumsy ... But I don't have such problems in other places (and I do stay in many every year), and there were simply too many of such small things which spoil your stay. Otherwise, this could be a great place and most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but we just couldn't like it. Maybe this is because it is essentially accomodation for long-term staying students and a good long-term place to stay is not necessarily good for short stays as well. Apart from what I said above, they are also not as close to the center. They say that you are able to walk into the city center in only 10-15 min, but in fact in 15 min you will only get close to the point where the center starts, and the road is loud and boring. To get to the bus station by walking, count on half an hour or more with luggage, and to the railway station it will be close to 40 min. Taxi will cost 8 EUR or so.
Review 92：Had everything worked as it should, this would be a very good value for money. It is new, reasonably clean and surprisingly uncrowded. There's a self-service laundry and some larger rooms have a kitchen.

The softfurnishings & pictures shown on the website are absent, which makesthe appartments appear Spartan. Hot water was at a premium in themorning - don't know if this is standard, or was just in ourappartment. I would say the double bed was economy class. We stayed midweek & so found the appartment block nice & quiet , butcan't vouch for the weekend ambience. Tv reception was a bit hit& miss at times too.
Review 104：Friendly helpful staff. Free wired Internet - I did not have therequired cable but got one from reception (I don't know if & howmany of these cables are always available, so probably best to bringyour own). Ample free parking. We stayed in a three bed appartment whichgave each of the children their own room, & us the living area toourselves in the evening. While describing itself as a hotel, theseappartments are essentially student accommodation let out during thesummer. As far as student accommodation goes, they are of a very goodstandard,& notwithstanding certain things we didn't like (asoutlined below),overall we were happy with the standard & price ofthese appartments, which particularly suited us with two young children.
