Review 1：One member of the staff at the breakfast were a bit rude. The sound isolation in the rooms could be improved.

Review 2：The staff in the reception was incredibly helpful and nice. The free bikes at the hotel were very convenient. The WiFi worked very well in the whole building and the AC was very nice to have.

Review 3：The decor is somewhat dated. The temperature in the halls and dining room were too warm, especially in the evening.

Review 14：No complaint against the hotel, rather against your site- it was not clear what we were booking and the price we had to pay for two people was more than that quoted on the original offer. It was still good value but when you pay more than first quoted, this leaves a feeling of having been tricked.
