Review 1：Shower was leaking. No warm food (sausages, scrambled eggs, ...) for breakfast, at least at 7:00 am when it started.

Review 3：This hotel, except for the location, was average. However, during my stay in Szeged I stayed one night in Science hotel which I would rate as one of the best among dozens and dozens of hotels I stayed in.

Review 4：Stayed for 3 nights and due to short of staff we had to use the same towel for 3 nights and no cleaning of the room or making the bed all due to short of staff!! No iron available in the hotel!

Review 6：It was a double bed with two mattresses, not a double one mattress. Shower was not properly cleaned at the bottom : there were traces of rust , mold , stone.

Review 10：The longer you stay the less you get. We booked and paid for 5 nights and left after 4. After 2 days they stopped making the bed or refilling toiletries. After the 4th night we had no soap or shower gel after the cleaning

Review 15：Breakfast very basic. On the first morning they remove all food at 9.30 and breakfast is till 10. Then they run out of bread, so we insist that they should go and buy across the street.Other day we went earlier was better. Towels were changed but beds were not made, stayed as we left them bcs we just made them. Hotel needs a proper manager who would be there around the clock and control personnel, who is nice but not efficient

Review 16：Great position, in a center of town, all important tourist sights are close, just a walk a way. Try to book room looking into garden not on the main street side. Very romantic hotel devoted to Mozart, nicely decorated rooms

Review 17：This hotel Mozart does not have four star quotation that you display on booking.They don't have anything at the hotel walls attesting its four stars because is not a four star hotel. It would be fair to take action in this respect. We stayed in this hotel for more than a week so I can say that I’m entitled to have a bad opinion about the services of this hotel. The area looks clean but in reality is not. They have a heating system, which it takes three days to warm up in the room, through which cold air comes out, and the noise it makes is exhausting in the night. The Internet does not work good, only at the reception you have full signal. I could write a novel about this hotel but I don't have to do it because I will not come back into it.Breakfast is a disaster, It's the same every day,they keeps food from day to the other day. Breakfast is made of the girl at the reception or the one that cleans the rooms, not having chef, they don't have the kitchen ventilation system and so on…………………………………………………………. At the reception are four girls, working in shifts.The only person from the staff who was trying to solve all the problems that we had during the stay was Kiss Annemarie.She is the only one who gets involved and who likes what she’s doing there, the others have no place there, with what they're doing and that can be seen. And as i said these are just a few lines of what I have to say about this hotel.........

Review 20：Its a place with a character, its really nice designed, in an old fashioned way, the staff was very helpfull. Its in the center, and very comfortable.

Review 21：Hotel staff did not respond to my email concerning parking. Breakfast is from 7:30 till 10. We came to breakfast at 9. There was nothing left to eat or drink! We waited for 20 minutes to get some food! And, as we saw other dirty plates and cups, we did not get everything that was on the buffet table early in the morning

Review 41：Very dirty room, wasn't vacuum cleaned for a long time dirt all over on floor, we got another room, the handicap room, all water from shover run on bathroom floor, no broom etc to take it away with. No floor heating in bathroom so floor in bathroom still wet in morning. Ma-dress in bed was 2 separate not one queen or king size bed Went to breakfast at 8:30 scramble egg and bacon was cold no heating under, only 5 or 6 table some guest must wait to sit down and get breakfast. This hotel is max a 3 star hotel

Review 43：The breakfast was really a joke! :) extremely poor. Instead of having a king size bed we had double beds,so if you're gonna sleep with a baby in the middle is a little difficult. Only Hungarian channels on tv.

Review 50：We spent one night in this nicely decorated, modern new hotel celebrating a wedding anniversary in Szeged, which was a perfect choice. The traditional interior of the small hotel is really charming and carefully designed. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible from the railway station by tram, and one minute walk from the Dom. Furthermore, there are several nice restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciate that we received the only room with a small balcony. Scrambled eggs or ham-and-eggs is freshly made upon your choice for breakfast, which is a nice add-on for the basic continental breakfast.
