Review 1：We were a bit disappointed. Probably since we have had great adresses in Italie whole holiday and this was our last stay. Price - accomodation was not reasonable. Bed was terrible and much noice from corridor and other rooms.

Review 3：Breakfast was okay. Dinner at the hotel was awful. Seemed strange to have to put a 10 euro cash deposit at the front desk for each towel at the pool as well as a 10 euro cash deposit for a key to the in-room safe. Money was returned upon checkout, but seemed extreme to require deposits.

Review 4：Location was very good. Since it was hot and humid while there, we were pleased that there was a swimming pool.

Review 5：The road right in front the hotel is quite busy. Basically cannot sleep the balcony door or window open.

Review 6：Great location, we had a room with very wide balcony and lake view on the 1st floor. Triple room was very spacious and AC was highly efficient - had to turn it off during the night. Nice pool area, free parking behind the hotel. Very helpful staff and good buffet breakfast. Enjoyed the three nights and liked the small Baveno village. Remember to book dinner tables, especially in July weekends... :)

Review 8：This is a nice hotel located on the water. It is clean and friendly and in a great location. You can walk to several good restaurants as well as to the dock where you can catch boats to the islands, Pallanza, Stresa and the Lake Maggiore express. There is free parking and a swimming pool. We had one of the few rooms with a terrace and had a view of the lake, which was wonderful. The internet is too slow to download or stream movies and some of the interior could use updating, but overall this is a cozy hotel to spend a few days at and good value for money.

And the location is terrific - on the lakefront in Baveno and within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Great place to stay and I would not hesitate at all to stay there again.

Review 29：We were greeted with such a warm welcome and felt comfortable right away. The reception was so helpful and reminded us of the way hotels used to be. Personal! We are a couple in our 70's and took my sister for a very special birthday treat and we all loved it. Hotel is so bright and clean, lovely bar and smart lounge area. Tasteful décor, spotlessly clean rooms with super views of lake and islands. Good breakfasts. Good service. Few minutes stroll into little town, amazing church, nice bars at the edge of lake, there is traffic, of course, as the road runs along the lakeside but it makes the place alive and more active. The island trips start a couple of minutes away and you can watch the boat activity. Islands are a must and if you are seniors you get a discount!! Another drink the hotel bar!! We loved Beau Rivage for it's genuine desire to make everything right and look forward to another visit. Free parking too Plenty of help about places to visit from all at the reception. Review 31：Great Location, next to the Lake and to the place where you can go to trip to the islands. great Services. The Staff are very Nice and Skilled. If I'll visit the area again, I'm definitely will spent some nights there.

The young lady on reception was very helpful when we arrived and took time to give us guide on baveno and where to visit, good restaurants to eat at, etc. The staff in general where very helpful.

Review 78：In the dining room, as a solo traveler, I was treated as if I did not exist. They paid very little attention to me. I had to ask for everything I received. The staff was poorly informed about its neighbor city Stresa and the attractions restaurants in that city.

Review 84：Baveno is a small town and little bit boring, but 5 minutes from there is another town Stresa, that is more lively. Without air condition is not possible to sleep. Restaurants: unless you order pizza or pasta or salad, the main course come with nothing, you need to pay extra for the additionals. There are only 2 supermarkets and very expensive. The gasoline is very expensive and you must pay with credit card. There is almost no public beaches at all.

Review 95：Some rooms and bathrooms have a 50s touch with old wooden furniture. To some this may please to others not. The nice views can become also a disadvantage if one has trouble sleeping! Noise from the cars passing by from the main likeside street only stops for about 5 hours during night.... Unfortunately there is poor insonorisation while the back-side rooms didn't look really nice... So for us being unable to enjoy sleeping was the biggest drawback!

Review 96：The hotel we were told by receptionist was the first to be built in Baveno back in the end of 1800s. Indeed it has this allure of Belle Epoque in some of the sitting rooms and dining rooms while the reception and entrance are renovated. There is rather ample parking, a nice refreshing swimming pool and nice views to Lago Maggiore if u get a room at the front or side of hotel.

Review 110：Beau Rivage is typically old Italian shabby chic and really needs an up-date.Bathfoom had a strange odour. It has one sitting at the eveningmeal and caters for coach trips with a set menu offering one or twochoices. We couldn't get a table here although we had paid quite a bitfor our room. Morning coffee is dreadful, no excuse in Italy. Ask forone from the machine.

The swimming pool is well situated and very clean withsomeone on duty for life saving purposes and to hand out towels and noone was allowed in without showering first. From the hotel it is only afew minutes walk to the centre for the boats and excellent restaurants.
