Review 1：The all inclusive food was less than average. The Pool was small, the Playground for Kids was Not to be used. I was there for kitesurfing, and the hotel was close to the kitestation. This is Not a hotel for families neither is Theologos a good Spot for families in my opinion. Stony beach and high waves. There are.better options on the east Coast, where there are no waves and a.nice Sand beach.

Review 4：We spent two weeks august 2015 in this very nice hotel, two parents in their late 50 and our 4 children in their late 20 with wife or friends. We came here because of the very good wind statistics for kitesurfing. The sea breeze makes the heat more comfortable. The hotel is near to the beach with only two minutes walk on a little path through a wheat field. The view from the hotel is very nice over adriatic sea. The swimming pool is not crowded and very clean. The tennis court is not busy and we played tennis early in the morning. The whole hotel and the rooms are very clean. We did not choose all inclusive and had only breakfast at the hotel (english breakfast). We stayed a couple of times at the hotel for lunch and had very good greek food for 7€ . A few airplanes flying over the town from time to time is really not a problem. Just be aware of the fact that there is as much sand as stones on the beach and if you look for a place to bath for little children it is not the best beach. You will then have to look for the more sandy east coast but you won't have the wind who helps to stand the heat.

Review 6：Very nice cozy hotel, we feels like at home. All staff are very nice and helpfull. Good food. Cleaning rooms and change towels every day. Very clous to the beach and shops.

Review 7：The staff ( except the receptionists) dos not know to smiling, hello, welcoming the guest, the barman is very-very root, unless with the young girls. The room, especially the shower so small, a normal size person dos not fit on it, the hygiene and cleaning of the rooms is less than ZERO!, the furniture are very old, they mention that they have a satellite, yes they do, but it is absolutely showing unclear image and sound. The breakfast selection is lower level of overall hotels selection, and totally tasteless, it hasn't any greek selection, the tomato is old and soft, the cheese seems like a fat block, the meet is row, what else!.

Review 8：The bus stop is nearby the hotel, in the nearby there is a very good restaurant and very good coffee- pastry shop.

Review 9：Furnitures and hardware in bathroom is really old. Many things need repair. Dont expect a good cousin, meals are rarely good, mostly you must take suppers out. And if you dont eat pork, you sbould be ready to be hungry for some time. But it is a general problem in Greece. The place Theologos is very far from famous centers in Rhodes. And even it is a lovely beach, it is for surfers not for swimmers.

Review 17：The food in the hotel restaurant was really not that good. I do not recommend "all-included" especially since on Rhodes there are so many restaurants with excellent greek cuisine. While the sea at this location is perfect for kiting, it's not that clear. If you prefer snorkeling, you'll have to drive to the other coast of Rhodes (about half an hour by car). As far as I know, there are no rooms with double beds in this hotels, only two narrow beds, moved together. When you go away, the electricity in the room is switched off, so you can't leave your phone or laptop charging. There is no internet in the rooms, and WiFi in the lobby is not that fast. If you have local sim-card, 3G sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Review 18：The hotel is located just 50 meters from the beach, which is usually almost empty. There is a kitesurfing base nearby. The Theologos village is a very quiet place. The hotel is family-run, the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court (which I've never seen being used). The view on the sea and sunsets is perfect.
