Review 1：We stayed in a triple room, but it really was a tight squeeze for 3 adults. Outside noise kept us awake. Rooms felt a little dated

Review 6：Not a place for small children, was abused by a male staff member at 930pm due to noise and told there are tradies sleeping etc. yet up at 4am talking loudly and bagging walls is ok so obviously not a place that welcomes families. Also not a place for romance, very outdated and dirty rooms - entire family itchy from sheets that had stains and blood on roof of bathroom, hair in sink to name just the tip of the iceberg. Will NEVER EVER be back at this hotel.
Review 7：Location was very central in town, walking distance to lots of great cafe's - In the welcome from (female staff member sorry didn't notice name badge) was given some great local recommendations. The pool was clean ... That is about it.

Review 30：Comfortable family run motel. Attention has been paid to basic conveniences such as bedside tables and lamps, towel rails and hooks in the bathroom, a face washer, plenty of bench space in the bedroom and bathroom.
Review 31：The accomodation and staff everything provide was of high quality theonly let down was beyond the control of the motel staff and owner andthat was there was no shuttle service to Ballina airport. This is adefinite necessity if you want tourists to visit your business and town.The taxi ride cost me $134.00 that is too expensive by far.

Review 40：When walking back into the motel the first night after dinner at 7:55pm, we were chatting with some friends & were told off by the male manager for making too much noise because there were 80 year old permanent residents in the motel. Definitely not a place we would stay again, when you visit Lismore at least twice a year you definitely get to know which are the good motels & which are the bad, this is definitely in the bad basket! Rooms was extremely small considering what we paid also & facilities were very minimal.

Review 42：From the moment I stepped through the door, to my phone call back after I had left (thought had misplaced an item, not so) the staff were friendly, kind and courteous. AZA set in central city AND with car parks is the perfect place. Loved Lismore and hope to return next year.

Review 51：Our two night stay covered a Friday and Saturday night. The AZA is next to a pub that advertised live bands. We bought earplugs from the chemist across the road, just in case the noise was an issue and we chose to use them on the second night. We also love a good shower - the water pressure and flow was so disappointing at the end of the day.

Review 65：Clean, comfy, cool hotel that is also value for money. My fiancé and I stayed here after camping in 42 degree heat and this place was a great find! It's central to most restaurants and has a pool and air conditioned rooms which we adored. Thanks again for such a great stay, will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was substandard with water pressure and volume in the shower very low, it was more like having a sponge bath than a shower, the shower curtain was discoloured and mouldy and did not fit the recess area thus water ponded on the bathroom floor with NO floor drain for it escape into. Tea & coffee facilities below standard, no toaster, no dishcloth or detergent to wash cups etc. Car park very poorly laid out with larger/longer verhicles obstructing traffic flow. Overall NOT the greatest motel I have stayed at.

Review 84：Found that as we were staying for three nights it would have been nice to have a few more amenities such as a toaster in the room , and also the austar didn't work spoke to one of the workers there and they said they would have someone look at it but that never happened. When you are traveling with a pre teen that is disappointing. Would recommend for one or two nights but no more than that.
