Review 1：all very much. The main thing is not where you are, and with whom. Very pleasant hosts. The sea is close, comfortable home furnishings. Few people on the beach. Market is very close. Want to come back.
Review 2：In the receipt of my booking the coordinates are wrong. The right coordinates by my car: lat:44.11.26 N, long:15.09.04 E. On the google map the accomodation is in the next village. The route planner of the Booking.com shows the accomodation on an other site. So it was not easy to find the Villa.
Review 3：It is a very nice accomodation very close (50m) to the sea. In the neghbour is a simple but tasty restaurant, and on the other direction 50 meter far is a shop. The guestkeeper Ms Mirka Batur is very friendly and helpful.

Review 15：The place is awesome and Villa Batur has a strategic position. It is very close to the nice beach and the crystal blue water. The ATM, the supermarket, the ice cream shop and the post box are literally just round the corner and if you are fed up with cooking you can eat in a four-star restaurant next door. Despite all this it is a very quiet place. In the house we were surrounded by beautiful original paintings and sense of art and luxury because the owner is a gallerist. We stayed in a blue apartment with one bedroom overlooking the sea, and there were 4 of us but we had no problem to fit in. It was well furnished and clean. Both beds were comfortable so none of us had a bad sleep. We appreciated the AC, the sunblinds and the heavy curtains thanks to which the place was ideal for a middday nap:D The owner was very friendly, caring and hospitable. She even showed us round her flat where we could admire original paintings of Croatian artists!
Review 16：Villa Batur is amazing! The apartments are clean and next to a restaurant and supermarket. The beach is less than a minute walk away. We took my mom to Croatia for her birthday. She shares the same birthday as Mirka's husband. They made our stay memorable and made us feel like family. We will definitely return and stay with the Baturs.
Review 17：Beautiful comfortable apartment the landlady was so so helpful and even brought us gifts. It's right beside the best supermarket in the village and because there's such good kitchen facilities in the apartment we cooked almost all our own meals. The beach right outside the apartment is lovely too. Only downside is its a 20 minute walk from the village so it was a bit of a trek getting to and from the nightlife etc. i highly recommend this villa batur though
Review 18：We stayed here in mid-May 2013. Great location on the outskirts of Zadar. Lovely sea view apartments. An absolutely generous host, who even offered us an extra day's stay since the weather was bad for the 2 days we were there!
