Reviews for Trevi Village

Review 1:old unpleasant receptionist

Review 2:Very loud (bad) music all the time all over the place, impossible to relax. The animation staff keeps forcing people in doing activities, annoying.

Review 3:I hated it. The only nice people were the animators.

Review 4:Nothing

Review 5:The restaurant is very poor. There is nothing to do in the local area unless you are prepared to drive a good distance. Both bungalows we rented had faulty doors and on the last night one of the doors wouldn't open at all. The manager suggested we have a different room regardless of the fact that all our belongings were locked in our original room. When I insisted that wasnt good enough he suggested we go in through the back door which was through another guests room. She was asleep and had to be woken to let us through. Other guests told us the same had happened to them. Wi-Fi is poor quality. Beach is stony and uncomfortable. We missed the entrance several times before we found the way in as it looks like an underpass.

Review 6:Lovely beach view bungalow which was great. Plenty of space and storage. Staff were pleasant enough.

Review 7:I don´t know where to start - if you like your money stay away. Theirfour star rating is the biggest joke in the Hotel industry !! Uponarrival the man in the lobby showed us in our room (didn´t even offer tohelp w bags) the housekeeping had left the window open so the room wasfilled w/ mosquitos and millepedes (and the room smelled reallybad), location is on the beach but it´s also directly under the traintracks so that can be quite noisy. The breakfast was very cheep and defnot suiting a 4star standard. We left the hotel 1 day early due to theterrible hotel/staff and a sleepless night, caused by millepedes inour bed! Really awful experience and left a bad taste. How this hotelmanages to retain it´s 4 stars is a big mystery to me, nothing about itis 4 stars.

Review 8:Free parking close by - the bathroom was ok but the maids really need acourse in how to make up a room.watch out that on top of the price you will have to pay 7 eur PP per night, for a "club card" to use the beach, pool and some "great" entertainment!

Review 9:- extra charge for the facilities within the hotel (pool) - 7 € per person per niht!?? - train(railroad) noise right at the back side of the bungalows, - no cooked dishies for breakfast (not evan an omlette!)

Review 10:Seted right on the beach, nice pool, nice bungalow appartment

Review 11:It was hard to find even with gps navigator for the fist time. Seasonstarts from June, till then personnel looks relaxed and restaurant wasalways closed.

Review 12:Personnel were friendly and helpful, but mostly not english speaking.Close to the beach. Room was good and cool.

Review 13:Doesn't look as 4 stars hotel. Better stay there after 10 september, because of sales and cheap price for rooms.

Review 14:Very calm place, on the sea shore. Friendly staff.

Review 15:Nobody speaks English!!! Extra costs 7 p/p/n for use of phasilities of hotel. But there is not too much to use.

Review 16:see and nature

Review 17:service in bar slow

Review 18:room directly on the sea

Review 19:Great view from sea view rooms! Wonderful friendly staff!
