Review 1：The breakfast & the dinner are free but very boring if you stay there more than 2 days. The last lunch we had might have been the leftover from previous buffet with fish because my son had diarrhea in the afternoon. They charged us the whole trip (>1000$) one day in advance before we arrived. We went on vacation to rest and relax but we had the worst experience ever in our whole life. My NY Eve of 2016 is a disaster. On 30 Dec night, the owner informed us that they will have a NY party and some noise. We didn't think much until 8.30pm, the music got loud and the resort turned ino a discotheque place mixed local music and disco music. Can you imagine that we were staying in our villa but suffering 3 hours of loud music like I was sitting inside a disco place? For keeping the face of the owner with 50 plus people, mostly locals, we just suffered until 12.30 am, we decided to have a talk with the owner. We left a busy city and wanted to welcome a NY but then the resort turned our beginning of 2016 into a nightmare. If they plan to have such a party, they should have warned us and we could have moved to a different resort or come back to Jakarta earlier. The resort is quite far away from the beach (20' walking) and the beach is not nice. Some part of the trail to the beach is terrible and you should have hiking boots instead of flip flops and bikinis. So if you just want to come here and hang around the pool, then this is the place. Too much mosquitoes and insects.

Review 2：The owner was nice to prepare a sandwich for us when we got there late at midnight and dropped us at the habour place to pick up a boat to Gilis islands as well as arranging a rental car for us. The swimming pool.

Review 3：Wonderful! The owners and staff could not do enough for us and We felt very welcome. The rooms were well equiped and the food was nice. It has a fabulous tropical pool and Bar area. The only downside was that it is not on the beach.

Review 4：The resort was too far from the airport and there really wasn't any shops or restaurants close by. The food was expensive and very average.

Review 10：staffs were not that friendly. probably because it was right after their busiest season? they seemed like not caring much for anything. the swimming pool was not kept clean. the bar didn't have any drinks left. They couldn't serve any cocktails we wanted because they ran out of gin and triple sec etc. they ran out of beer in the end as well. one thing really made us uncomfortable was that the food, any food you order, got served so late. every single time it made us wonder what's happening in the kitchen. there is nothing around the resort, so you have to be ready for their average quality of food with very high price. everything was so expensive! also I saw a huge cockroaches in the bathroom. It was so huge, I nearly got paniced. after all, the biggest issue got us dissapointed was that the chef in the kitchen kinda approached to us on the last day, trying to be nice. and suggested that his friend could drive us to the airport. he made us talk on the phone for the price and he said it was gonna cost 100,000Rps.(about $10). we thought it was incredibly cheap so agreed with it. next morning, both of them drove us all the way to the airport. when we got off the car the drived wouldnt come out of the car. we thought $10 was too little so gave him $20. then the chef got upset telling us to pay $40. we got so confused and told him your friend asked $10. he ignored it and asked us to pay more. I thought they were nice and kind for a second and ,of course, anything nice costs money. He totally ruined the mood in the end of our trip. he didn't have to lie like that. we would have gone for $40 if you mentioned at the beginning frankly since we had to call a cab anyways. i'm so sick of being cheated..

Review 11：it was very nice with beautiful garden and swimming pool. the room was great with lovely interior. there were not many other people staying so it was very quite. we had such a relaxing days.

Review 12：the lock on my cabana door didn't lock the first night (it was fixed by security the next day), the bottled water prices are extortionate (it costs about one tenth of the price to buy from the local vendors on the street)

Review 13：amazing pool, the cabanas have great indonesian features (outdoor shower, decorations etc), the included breakfast was great (the mie goreng is so tasty!), staff were very friendly and happy to have a chat with you (especially erwyn at front desk and ana at the restuarant), leena gives great massages, there is a very laid back feel to the whole place

Review 19：I loved the gardens, pool are and decor. The bathroom I loved! The towels smelt lovely an it was the comfiest bed we had in Lombok. Manager was so helpful, friendly and funny and the breakfast was great.

Review 34：Spent 3 days in this family-owned small hotel (only 6 suites). It feels like paradise on earth. The setting is beautiful and quiet around a big pool. The suites are large enough and tastefully arranged. The bathroom has a bath and an outside shower. The personnal is nice with no exception and they really get out of their way to make your stay as best as possible. It's a perfect base to visit the north of Lombok.
