Review 5：We stayed there for a week.The entire personnel made every possible effort to make our sejour as comfortable and pleasant as possible.The hotel is placed on a hill surounded by mediteranean flowers and olive orchards with beatiful view to the sea and islands.I appreciated it more so as a photographer.Breakfast generous, rooms clean, family atmosphere.I would give them a 10 of 10 without hesitance.

The older gentleman working at the reception wast most helpful, although he did not speak English, as well as the rest of the staff. Breakfast is OK, could be a bt more diverse for a hotel of this type.
Review 12：First to start with the hotel owner that with his tips on places to go we manage to get to the max out 4 days stay. The location is perfect and with our 4x4 jeep we were able to go from one beach to the other using off raid amazing tracks that ended in the hotel parking lot. We will go there again with our family. Thank you.
Review 13：Noisy :( there is a gap between doors and the floor so you can hear what is going on in the corridor. There is also no wall between balconies and you don't have much privacy there but can hear all the conversations from your neighbours. And finally: owners keep a dog in their hotel. The dog is nice but it barks now and then. Breakfast is okay but it would be nice to have something warm: a porridge, omelett or something like that.
Review 14：The hotel is nicely situated on a hill and has a fantastiska view over the village of Ouranoupoli. The stuff is helpful and the room is equipped with a good AC which helps to survive in the heat. A lovely small clean beach is just accross the road and then down the hill. Bring your own sunbeds/chairs though.

Review 32：Good location with a beautiful view, nice, friendly and clean place. Owner came to the bus station to pick me up with suitcase. If you are coming by bus, you must exit before the center of Ouranoupolis, inform about that in advance

Review 35：Horrible smell from the bathroom, which is felt in the room even the door is closed. Old furniture. Broken door on shower. Last evening I asked to pay bill. I gave visa card to owner, but there was a "problem" with the transaction, even though I use the card all over the Europe and never had a problem. The owner asked to pay cash, and I offered approximately 10% less (as I had). He insisted that we go to a his friend restaurant and get the money. When we arrived to a restaurant he told me that first I need to pay and then sit down and eat and after the meal his friend will give me my money. I refused and told him that I will complain to Booking and walked away. I took the money at the ATM and returned to the hotel. He was at the front desk and waited for me with bills paid through the visa center and told me that he solved the problem with the payment machine in the meantime. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL. For me, never again.

The rooms are impecable clean, the cleaning ladies very nice and helpful, cleaning and desinfecting the rooms every day. Breakfast is the same every morning but the food is very good and fresh always. The owner is also very nice man, helpful all the time. In my opinion this hotel should have more than 2 stars.

Review 40：First of all the location of the hotel is great (just few minutes from the beach). Also, the hotel is situated on the hill which provides a fantastic view of the sea and the whole city. We also liked the tiny bar just across the street that belongs to the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and attentive and we really enjoyed our family holiday!

Review 42：Although the breakfast was the same every day, we had a lot to choose from and the food was delicious fresh. The view and the staff was AMAZING! Galina is amazing, she'll set you up with anything! We were allowed with our drinks and food on the terrace. There is enough space for parking, the beach is really close (and really nice). The rooms are large enough, the TV, fridge and air-conditioner were working well. In the lobby (where you can bring your drinks) is a TV with a lot more channels (paid ones). I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
Review 43：The bathroom was not very clean. There are noises from the street in the early morning. The truck that colect the garbage was very noisy and my impression is that it comes every second day. So, if you keep your door open (not useing the AC), you could wake up. Also, you can become very close with your neighbors, because the terraces are separated with some wooden bars. You (and they) see and hear everything.

When we arrived at the hotel, they apologized because they do not have a room with a double bed, but in two days one room with double bed will be available and we will switch rooms then. We were very pleasantly surprised especially because we didn't insist on the double bed. After this warm welcome, everything was as we expected. Very clean room, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast. The best thing in the hotel is terrace with the stunning view to Ouranoupoli.

Review 106：Hotel was what we expected, other rewievs are troughtful. Countryside in this part of Greece are wonderful. The best beach in Ouranopoli is in camp, 2km from Sunset Hotel. One of the best beaches we've ever been is on Ammouliani island, Alykes, very near to Ouranopoli.

At the end, you can choose any of several beautiful beaches close by, depending on whether you have a car or you walk.
Review 110：The breakfast was really cold and every day the same :) Not such a big issue, but definitely can be better. Someone said here that missing nets on windows are not an issue... Well, we did have mosquitoes, so prepare yourself with repellents. The beach under the hotel was excellent if you: 1) are not with a baby, as it is not so easy to approach, 2) you have your own sun-umbrella or similar. You need to be prepared that they don't have elevators and although we were on the first floor, we had to use stairs to get there from the reception, and the breakfast is served on -1 floor, so it's not that nice with a baby.

AC worked, and we really can hardly complain about anything! The owner gave us good advises on where to go - restaurant, beach, he even arranged us discount on a boat around Athos. Excellent yogurt on breakfast! The parking around the hotel is enough and you don't have to be worried about it! All in all, nice hotel!
