Review 1：Floor flooded on arrival from fridge defrost which was an uncompleted task from the morning; door to room was wide open on arrival, cockroach on wall - all gave bad impression

Review 12：Way overpriced, well overdue for a reno, room smelt damp & dingy like a stripper bar, baby crib was filthy dirty & smelt like dogs had been in it. Breakfast was average just toast & a few selections of cereal. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else I have no idea how this could get a rating of 8.0.

Review 22：Couldn't get in the room we were first given- door jammed shut. Moved to another room - reeked of mould throughout, bathroom had no opening window, couldn't open window in room either. Couldn't turn off tap in bathroom properly, half of the lights in the room didn't work, no cable TV as advertised. No information in the room about motel, TV channels, etc. Beds terrible TV very small Please don't stay here if you have asthma or allergies - potential health risk!! I don't understand how anyone could be expected to stay in this room, let alone pay for it.

Review 24：The room smelt very bad. Had we been able to turn on the aircon we could have survived the smell. The aircon is controlled by reception. We asked twice to have it on but it didn't happen.

Review 26：We didn't realise it was located right at a round about, you could hear the traffic stopping all night. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a board. You could hear the noise from the room next door when the other guests came back. When they were showing or used the toilet the water pipes vibrated in the wall all night. The handing rail for your clothes was either side of the kitchen facilities, not a closed in wardrobe. One of the face washers provided looked like it needed a good bleach, left a lot to be desired. We would never stay at this motel again and if asked would tell people not to bother.

The window opened through a torn screen and window was cracked. The shower had mildew on it. The room was stuck in an 80's time warp.

Review 54：The heating in the rooms turn off at 10.30 at night and isn't turnedback on until 6.30am. It then turns off at 11am and doesn't comeback on until 4pm. Our room was absolutely freezing at night. Also thephotos of the bathrooms are very misleading, I'm sure our bathroomhadn't been touched since the early 60s. Our room was missing a dvdplayer and the Wi fi was unusable. Also I was very annoyed that theyautomatically charged my credit card as my travelling companion wasgoing to pay the bill.

Fact: The following day I had several insect bites on my face and body. If management had not been in denial, I would not write this review.

Review 96：Access to rooms was very poor with step height higher than normal. Our room was located next to the stairs which meant the room was very noisy. The were no sensor lights and no lighting on outside of rooms on ground level. It was extremely dark and dangerous after dark which in our case was 7pm. No lighting or rails on the steps There were ants in the bathroom And bedbugs in the bed. My husband was so badly bitten he has been to see his GP this morning. The hairdryer was spaking flames and smoke. It was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in
